My 1st time here and I can't say enough. The place was clean, sanitized and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was out in less than an hour. The doctor was extremely kind and patient when if forgotten the name of my medicines. I never felt rushed or like they just wanted to hurry up and get me out the door. I been going to Jacobi medical center for years and they could never get my asthma medicine just right because my insurance no longer covers my advair so they been trying to find a suitable substitute to get my asthma under control. I walk into this rapid clinic just once and I come out with the RIGHT MEDICATION I needed to get my asthma under control. Thank You CityMD I just wish they had permanent doctors for those who are looking to change their doctors. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of fast medical services.

Got charged $300, plus the copay, for Dr. Epifania to tell me to walk across the 5ft room. Then tell me that I walk fine and most likely be better in two weeks. Then he gave me a referral just in case. Now, here I am with a surgery appointment in June.

If you want your time wasted, go here! First time, I went in for the rabies vaccine and waited 2 hours. Guess what!? after waiting in the waiting room and getting my vitals taken, they later informed me that they no longer have it! Second time, I called in advanced if they can help me out with a certain infection and was given the thumbs up… Waited 3 hours and the doctor told me she’ll give me further information of what has to be done after she’s done with a procedure with a patient that came before me. Great. All that time wasted so she can tell me the procedure can’t be done there and I must go elsewhere. She gave me a hospital that’s over an hour away from me, and assigned me a male doctor which I clearly felt uncomfortable with just having a male assistant in the room for my issue.This place is very inefficient and inconsiderate. It’s not a real “urgent” care clinic if they can’t provide majority of the things rather just the basic illnesses or checkups.

I had visited this City MD on 08/12/23 for a preexisting condition that was causing me some trouble for a few days, upon arrival I was greeted by the reception staff and check in is very quick, the wait was also a short one. I’ve been to this location often but this day for being a Saturday was an easy visit. When it was time for me to check out, the two staff members in the front were so nice and asked if I needed anything stamped (which was a work form) and I was also offered a bottle of water before leaving, which was a life saver because it was hot out and I was walking home since I live close by. They sent me home with well wishes and I told them I appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Out of both City MD offices in this area, this one has been the most pleasant and welcoming one hands down and it’s because the staff here are very welcoming and helpful. It can be busy on certain days or during certain seasons (of course cold/flu season especially) but usually you can be seen quickly and I’ve never approached a problem while coming here for care, but if you want a nice experience with staff, I recommend coming here.

Ridiculously slow. I came here just to get an updated Measles vaccine for my new job and I waited 2 hours for a shot that took like 5 minutes.

I recently visited their site due to not feeling well and they responded really quickly I truly believe they care about their patients deeply and they care enough to follow up with you and see how your health improves the after care is as well appreciated thank you 😊

I went to get a rapid covid test and was told to wait in the room for my results. The male nurse left the room and closed the door and I waited for over 40 minutes. The lights even turned off at one point. I guess they forgot I was still in the room.

CityMD Reception is VERY HELPFUL THE DOCTOR I SEEM WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING SHE MAD ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE THE Nurse WAS VERY Polite IS ALSO CLEAN THE RESTROOMS WAS CLEAN AND SANITIZE THEY GIVE YOU MASK IF U NEED ONE MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN COME HERE THANKS CITYMD FORDHAM URGENT CARE YOU GETTING BE BACK HEALTHY

my last time there the doctor came in for literally 15 secs and then sent the general manager in to answer my questions. she had to play telephone between us bc the doctor refused to come back for some reason. it was 8am, it wasn’t busy at all. now i’m just gonna ask which doctor is there before i check in because that’s crazy. like i literally came here for the doctor not a location manager
