Dr Elassar was very accessible and hands on during the entire process and was always available to answer questions or concerns via email. We had great results and I’m so glad I found NYC IVF. The entire team is wonderful, and I especially appreciate Tamar for being so comforting and knowledgeable. The front desk is amazing as well and could not have been more kind and helpful.

This is truly an all-star team, starting from Dr. Elassar who is not only an expert in her field, but also was fully dedicated to my journey and considered all options to lead to a positive outcome after two failed attempts at two other facilities. The nurses and front desk staff were also excellent and very helpful throughout. What sets Dr Elassar and her team apart from the other larger facilities in New York is the full attention they pay to you as a patient, rather than treating you as just a number.

I had an excellent experience at NYC IVF! Compared to two clinics I have visited in New York, the experience at NYC IVF was fantastic. Dr. Elassar, Tamar, Victoria, Rhea, and Needa were more than accommodating and kind. They were prompt and had excellent bedside manner. The whole team was compassionate and I had a wonderful experience. I just finished my egg freezing cycle and I felt supported the whole way through, medically and emotionally. I read scary things online about egg freezing, but this experience at NYC IVF was nothing of the sort. They made me feel extremely comfortable and I was informed throughout the whole egg freezing process. The financial burden was lower than at other clinics in New York, and NYC IVF was very transparent with their costs. I am so thrilled with the outcome of my treatment, and I can't recommend this clinic enough!
