Horrible service. One of the doorman has discrimination on Asian. Once he locked my package and did not give me until I tried to call Amazon. Another time I locked myself out of the room, the doorman would not give me back up key and left me in the wind!

This building is really good location. Overall the whole apartment was pretty good and Douglas Elliman was a very professional management company. I would rate it 4 except for the super, Vasel, who tried to stop me from moving out on my move out day. I forwarded my lawyer a recording of the super being hostile and clearly being discriminatory. There is a reason the building is now half empty and it’s because no one wants to deal with him. On top of that last year, a drug lab exploded. That’s right. There were two apartments next to each other and they somehow combined them. I don’t understand how you can allow something like that to happen and still keep the super in there. The guy is a walking lawsuit waiting to happen.

Terrible building and management from Douglas Elliman (David Mandracchia). They will increase you rent as much as they can squeeze you for when it is time to renew. The building rooftop is closed for construction and the "gym" is actually a package room. ZERO amenities in this building, not worth the price despite the convenient location. Fortunately most of the doorman and building staff are friendly (except for the regular daytime doorman Omar)

NOT A RENT STABILIZED BUILDING. Only redeeming quality about this building is it's location and a couple of the porters. Building management and the landlords are absolutely unhelpful. For the two years I've lived here, atleast one out of the three elevators has been broken, gym has been closed and so has the rooftop. For not having access to any amenities and old appliances, the landlord here raised the rents by 33%. If you are looking to rent here, be ready to shell out $$$$$$

I’ve never lived in a building that was as terribly mismanaged as this one. My two roommates and I lived here for two years because we agreed to a long-term lease. We spoke with many other renters during our time here that all agree with our experience. Many other reviews mention the same but the super (Vasel) and doorman (Omar) made our lives a living nightmare with various rules that were made up on the spot and multiple counts of harassment. Upon moving out Omar told us that he was “thrilled we were leaving”. He also yelled at our movers and didn’t allow them into the building despite us having a COI. You have to interact with these individuals far more than you’d expect. Don’t get fooled by cheap rent and the large space, it’s not worth it you will have to endure the worst management and doormen that treat you as a nuisance rather than a customer.

Rented here for a year. Love the location! The building needs a major renovation and not well maintained. Nice roof top deck - when it's open. Kitchen and bathrooms are very dated. For being in a premium location, one would think it would be better. It's not bad, but not great. Most of the front door men are great, but Omar is the pits. Would get yelled daily for some infraction.

Blueground is awful. Terrible doormen, terrible super, terrible management, and you find yourself having to deal with these people more than expected. They don’t hold receive/hold packages if you’re not home( even a small toaster) as a normal front desk would, you have to go down to get it right away. Very dated interiors. Gym isn’t a real gym but 8 square feet of space with things.

Awful service. If you have a UPS pickup, the front desk won't hold the package for UPS pickup, so UPS pickups are impossible, if you have a big package to return you have to go to the store carrying the package. They won't let food deliveries go up. They won't call the apt when UPS comes. It's not a full-service building and the front desk is pretty useless when it comes to packages, package pickup, etc. The front desk is useless to most things a front desk usually does in NYC, including lockouts, etc. Might as well get a building without a doorman.
