I
really
want
to
like
this
salon.
The
salon
is
bright,
busy,
and
it
had
some
good
reviews
on
Yelp.
I
booked
a
single
process
with
Jennifer,
and
she
(rightly)
suggested
that
I
get
some
highlights.
As
it
was
my
first
time,
I
tried
to
be
flexible
with
the
fact
that
Jennifer
started
my
color,
and
another
woman
finished
it.
It
turned
out
beautifully,
but
it
took
almost
two
hours.
I
chalked
it
up
to
a
busy
morning,
and
booked
a
single
process
for
six
weeks
later.
For
my
second
appointment,
I
noticed
that
the
staff
was
different,
save
for
a
few
stylists.
Again,
Jennifer
started
my
hair,
and
it
was
finished
by
someone
else.
It
seemed
to
take
a
very
long
time
again,
and
I
waited
for
over
the
35
minute
timer
to
get
the
foils
removed.
But
the
color
was
really
beautiful,
and
I
tried
to
be
patient.
However,
my
last
appointment
was
very
frustrating.
I
booked
on
a
late
afternoon
and
it
was
just
really
busy
and
chaotic.
Jennifer
started
my
color
again,
but
another
stylist
finished
it.
Jennifer,
who
had
always
talked
somewhat
negatively
about
some
her
staff,
did
so
again,
which
made
me
uncomfortable.
This
time,
I
waited
with
foils
for
about
45
minutes.
I
don't
know
what
that
does
to
my
color,
but
it
seems
extreme.
I
had
to
wait
to
get
my
hair
shampooed
and
gloss,
and
I
didn't
dry
my
hair
too
long
because
I
just
wanted
to
go
home.
It
was
just
over
two
hours,
and
I
felt
like
it
was
too
long.
Overall,
the
salon
seems
badly
managed.
I
wish
that
Jennifer
would
let
her
stylists
work
on
one
person
at
a
time.
If
she
wants
to
oversee,
she
can
do
that
when
she
doesn't
have
a
client.
When
she's
with
a
client,
she
should
stay
with
that
client.
Shampooers
should
just
shampoo
and
gloss.
And
someone
else
could
do
all
of
the
drying,
too.
Like
stations;
instead
of
five
people
doing
five
different
jobs
or
whatever.
The
color
at
the
end
is
amazing,
but
I
am
going
to
look
for
another
salon.
The
stress,
chaos,
and
bad
management
is
not
worth
my
time.
There
are
plenty
of
other
salons
in
the
neighborhood
who
can
better
manage
their
time,
staff,
and
work
-and
still
produce
beautiful
color.
Jennifer,
please
make
the
changes
that
these
reviewers
are
suggesting.
Please
don't
talk
badly
about
your
staff,
please
stick
with
your
clients,
please
better
manage
your
client's
time
and
your
own
time,
and
please
remember
that
people
have
other
places
to
go
for
color.
Your
salon
could
be
super
fantastic
if
you
make
the
changes
that
are
suggested
by
many
of
your
clients.
