    Loved this hotel. Convenient location by Penn Station and Whole Foods. Rooms are quiet and large with lots of storage room. Service is fantastic, they made my stay a breeze. They were kind, helpful, and responsive. Ordered room service once (breakfast omelette), which was tasty. In house Black Fox coffee shop was great too. Would definitely return.

    My girlfriend and I just went to the Pendry at the beginning of October for 5 nights and this was the best hotel experience I have ever had! The doorman Juan is a gem and if you get to interact with him you will know why! Every one worker there was always helpful and kind. They really pay attention to detail here. Worth every dollar and we will be consistently staying here for now on!

    We came into the city for a football game at Met Life this past fall and stayed at the Pendry because of the location. We loved this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and unique. Everything was spotless and so clean. The bar in the hotel is so cool and has speak easy vibes. The only downfall is that they don’t have valet parking. This might have changed since last September but that was the only thing that was disappointing.

    John at the front desk unfortunately made me and my family feel very unwelcome and disrespected. From the moment we walked in, he did not welcome us as I awkwardly stood there waiting to check in and approached only after the very kind bellman prompted us to walk forward. During check-in, he showed the bare minimum courtesy and then when we realized there was an issue with our room, he spoke to us with a complete lack of kindness or patience. While waiting in the lobby for our group to resolve the issue for us since he couldn’t be bothered to assist, he had the audacity to walk over to us after only 10-15 min of us sitting there to essentially ask what we were waiting for. This rudeness made the whole check-in process even more frustrating and ultimately disheartening for what was supposed to be a short and sweet trip.

    STAFF was warm and welcoming from start to finish! Immaculate in terms of cleanliness. The location was exceptional! Getting an UBER car was easy. The High Line was around the corner. Hudson Yards a short walk away……great shopping & sight seeing. Having stayed at Pendry San Diego and now Manhattan West Pendry is high on my list! Highly recommend!

    We booked a block of rooms for my clients wedding at a near by venue and everyone's stay was phenomenal. Every since department we interacted with - front desk, housekeeping, operations, sales - was kind, accommodating and helpful, always with a smile, especially Luis, Violet, Sonu and Murat at the front desk. The rooms are so luxurious and it's in a great neighborhood with a Whole Foods nextdoor and walking distance to Hudson Yards. I will definitely be recommending clients to this hotel again for future weddings and can't wait to stay again for leisure!

    The hotel in itself was an amazing experience. Josh the waiter at the parlor lounge for breakfast was beyond exceptional. Thank you everybody who made our stay excellent. Will definitely be back!

    I stayed at this hotel last week with my Mom for my 21st birthday, and we had a great time. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly, such as the bellman Sasha, Tinsley, Juan, and SeWang, as well as the front desk agent Nicole. When our flight back home was cancelled on our day of checkout, they were able to extend our stay. The hotel has great views and is in a great location. The only thing that would have been nice was if the rooftop bar was open, but it is still under construction.

    This was the single best hotel experience that I have had in New York. I have to say that Linaya in guest services /front desk was most SPECTACULAR! I had the pleasure of chatting with her by phone a few days before arrival. I was able to share my plans and request hard to get dinner reservations at the wonderful restaurant Zou Zou in the hotel on Christmas Eve. Throughout my stay, she gave spot on suggestions, kindness and compassion. The hotel is beautiful. Stunning lobby, stylish rooms and cheerful doormen and housekeeping team catering to every guest’s requests.I only wish my stay could have been more than two nights! Next time! Thank you Pendry Manhattan West. You’ve got a gem in Linaya and in your whole staff. 😃
