The maintenance team is awesome. I had a few maintenance needs, and Aaron and Edward fixed everything perfectly, they were prompt, knowledgeable and absolutely friendly. Thank you to Aaron and Edward for helping me out with the blinds and shower issues!

I've lived here for 3 years and have really enjoyed my time in the building. Absolutely every single one of the staff always has such a positive attitude, through the pandemic and beyond. Aaron P from maintenance really helped me out of a jam late on a Friday - it took him all of 10 mins to get my kitchen sink back in order, and knew exactly what the issue was within a minute of looking at it. The people in this property definitely have your back, and go out of their way to make things right.

Been a resident of this building for three years and always impressed by the response time and friendliness of the maintenance and concierge staff. Most recently, Ghulam A from maintenance did a rockstar repair on an emergency issue within my apartment. Not only did he resolved the current issue, he also proactively helped identify another issue and made the repairs as needed to spare any future headaches. He also kindly shared some advice for how to best set myself up for success in the coming winter months. Thank you again for all that you do!!

Just wanted to give a special shoutout to Ghulam and the rest of team Avalon. Ghulam and his team came out and volunteered to Feed NYC. They helped create boxes so we may package thanksgiving meals. It was a pleasure working along side them. Looking forward to working with them again!

100% the best place i’ve moved to . I just love it here . The team is super friendly and helpful and always responds to any maintenance issues. Big shout outs to Amfara who is one of the concierge there. She’s has such a caring spirit & always very helpful, warm & inviting . My puppy loves her! & refuses to go upstairs without getting his treat & rubs from her . YOU ROCK AMFARA KEEP BEING GREAT! & thank you Avalon Bay for being such a great place to live

Nick from the maintenance team addressed my emergency apartment issue in less than 10 minutes! He was super helpful, fast, and quickly helped us during our time of need. Incredible service, thank you again Nick!

Lashell at the front desk is so wonderful! Whenever she supports the Avalon Willoughby side, she is so friendly, approachable, and efficient.

Highly recommended..great staff especially Shanay. The rest of team is great as well. We were visiting and she was able to assist in finding our nephew apartment. Great customer service.

Hello Just wanted to post a review for Bryant who works at the Front Desk of Avalon Willoughby Square. His service has been exceptional. He always greets everyone with a smile and is extremely attentive to your needs/ questions. He is extremely friendly, patient, and kind. He definitely embodies the greatness of the Avalon Willoughby Square community.
