I paid more than $600 dollars for Botox on my forehead at the Upper East Side location, and didn’t get a good result. Came back for a re-touch after 2 weeks as I was told. Happened that the same lady who did it first doesn’t work weekends , so to get a re-touch I was told today it has to be done with the same lady during work days which I can’t make bcuz I live far away from the city and work during the week. nobody told me that over the phone before making the appointment for the retouch. After they spoke with the manager I was told I have to pay almost $400 more to get a retouch today with another lady which is insane. And on top of everything I was told I was Botox resistant, really??? Nice people bad customer service. They need to do a better job on customer satisfaction. Very disappointed!

I went in for a Hydrafacial + Dermaplaning having gotten targeted ads for their monthly promotions. The whole experience felt a little bit rushed and “going through the motions” for me. I’m used to getting facials from very knowledgeable estheticians who speak to me about my skin, products I can use, etc. but here she was just going through the steps, I had to ask for her to explain what she was doing. The whole thing was done in 30 minutes, barely any facial massage and no light therapy either (they show this as part of the hydra facial treatment on their socials). Extractions here were also very painful, more than usual. I would pay a little bit extra and go to someone who is more knowledgeable next time, this place feels gimmicky to me.

It was my first time doing Botox and it was the easiest and most comfortable experience ever! Naz made it so soothing and easy, I’d definitely be coming back again! I didn’t feel the slightest thing while getting my Botox

i get my lips done by Cynthia and she’s absolutely the best, she def knows what she’s doing so if you want to get right i recommend her <3!! front desk girls are very welcoming and every-time will be a nice experience.

The girls here are super helpful. Erena, Kaley & Annetta have all done a fabulous job. I recently saw Annetta & she was super helpful at explaining the process. She did an amazing job with my lips!!

GO SEE CYNTHIA!! Like seriously, if you’re considering getting anything done just ask her what she thinks would suit your face and she will make you look naturally enhanced. She is really kind and pays attention to detail, which I love!

One of the best spas I have been to! I have gotten my lip filler since the beginning of the year and they have been nothing but very sweet and professional. I absolutely love Selena the receptionist and Jade the injector! Selena is super nice, welcoming, and overall made my experience better. Jade is one of the best injectors I have had! She explained the meaning of each filler and recommended the best one for me. She made my lips look exactly the way I wanted. I will be back!

Jessica is the absolute best. A true professional, and so incredibly kind. I’ve chosen to go to her for Botox for the past year over a plastic surgeon I had been seeing before. Highly recommend!

My lips were overfilled, resulting in a noticeable bump that made me feel insecure. Despite returning months later to address the issue, the technicians failed to resolve it, making the overfilled lump even more obvious. After enduring the bump for a year, I sought a second opinion at another lip filler location, leading me to dissolve the filler and to start over. Despite spending thousands of dollars at Upkeep Med Spa, I would not recommend their services.

FYI FOR ANYBODY THINKING ABOUT GETTING MIRCO-NEEDLING DONE!!!!!!!!!! They charge you $200 for Mirco-needling and don’t wash your face prior to treatment which is insane!!! My prior visits for Mirco-needling my face was always washed here, they go straight into placing numbing cream on your face & doing the procedure. Im telling the aesthetician how it is when I usually come in and he says they don’t do tht anymore. Doing a procedure like mirco-needling and not cleansing the face before is unsafe so I did a add on of LED red light to kill the bacteria smh
