We lived at Court House for 3 years and really enjoyed our time there thanks to a super responsive team and a very friendly front desk staff. Solid location with access to the 4-5, 2-3, F, G and and AC lines. My favorite part of living there was my running route from the Court House through Brooklyn Heights and along the East River. Amazing views. Great choice of restaurants within walking distance. The only con would be the condition of the AC/heater units. They were loud and would break down about once a year. However, the team was quick to get the loud machines working again. Not an ideal neighborhood for parking a car unless you can afford a parking spot in a garage. Having said that, we would do it all over again.

I have lived here for over 5 years and was first attracted to the great location. The building is close to every major transit line, surrounded by many amazing local businesses and a short walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park. The leasing team was amazing - the process was very easy and smooth as they are really on top of things. The moving process was also very organized in terms of booking the freight elevator. Regarding my experience as a resident, I would like to highlight 1) the amazing concierge service, from taking care of all package deliveries with care to just making the atmosphere so friendly and positive; 2) the maintenance team, who is very responsive and will do their very best to solve any issues in the apartment in a timely manner. I recently had AC problems and they didn’t hesitate to bring a new unit the same day; 3) also on maintenance topic, the building is very clean; 4) this is a very friendly community, I have made so many friends during my time here. The management team also puts together many mixers so you can meet your neighbors and have a good time; 5) the adjacent parking lot is very convenient and can be accessed through the building.

I’ve lived at 125 court for the better part of 3 years thanks to Raul’s incredible crew and the best front desk crew. Everyone is always smiling and happy to help…simply the BEST! The building is kept pristine and centrally located to everything. I highly recommend this building. Shout out to Shannen as well in the office who makes the leasing process so easy and enjoyable.

I live at 125 Court St. for 18yrs now. I've been extremely happy living here. The staff has been so friendly not only just to me, but to my family & friends as well. It's like were one big happy family. What I do love is Raul & his team responds to my maintenance request as fast as they can, showing that they care and make me feel like a priority. Raul team that includes a few Angel that been with us for along time & always smiling never hear him complain & Francisco. The concierge I became real close to especially the ones that been here for awhile. Shout out to Andre, Melvin, Nathan, Elvis I want to think the staff & mgmt team for also bringing the tenants together for meet & greets. It's the perfect way to know your neighbors.

Feels like family! I have lived at 125 Court for over 5 years and am so glad I made it my home after 15 years in Los Angeles. From day one, the entire staff made me feel welcome. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, the building is always kept clean and you can't beat the location! Covid was a hard time to be living in NYC alone but I never felt alone here. Raul walked me outside one night because he wanted to make sure I was safe! Andre, Nathan, Melvin - they always make sure to give me a warm smile and hello when I come home from a long day. The Courthouse is a great place to live - don't think I'll be leaving anytime soon!

Like several people in 125 Court Street, I am one of the original tenants who moved in as soon as the doors opened. So I have experienced the building evolve from a great place to live to an ever-greater place to live. The apartments and common areas are well maintained, the staff are friendly and professional. I love the building events in the lobby and courtyard and the electronic bulletin board where you can find tenant items for sale, free, tenant skills, etc. It is an oasis and in a great neighborhood. Shout out to Shirley and her management team (is there anything they don’t know), Raul and his operations team (is there anything they can’t do), and Nathan and all of the incredible concierges (how do they quickly memorize everyone’s name including the children). 125 is a gem!

We have lived at 125 Court Street for almost three years and continue to be thrilled - our apartment is perfect, the view fantastic, the various neighborhoods are great for walking, shopping, dining. The building and all facilities are very well maintained and the overall atmosphere among residents and employees is very nice. The concierge team is super friendly and always fun to see! Also the maintenance crew (with a great superintendent) and management team always responds in a timely, friendly and efficient manner! Thanks Raul and Shirley. We will miss you very much.

I have lived at 125 Court St. for almost 20 yrs, since the building was built! The management team, the custodial team, the concierge team---everyone that runs the day to day workings of the building---are all excellent. I have had very few apartment issues that needed to be addressed over the years, but, when I have, Raul and his team have always taken care of them asap, the folks in the leasing office have always been helpful in the lease renewal process, and the front desk staff are always friendly, attentive, and helpful. 5 stars!

Raul and his team - Andre, Nathan, Elvis, Mel, Francisco, and the rest of the crew - could not be kinder and more accommodating. They've made us feel at home since Day 1.
