The entire facility is very clean, friendly & caring. Really refreshing after trying quite a few doctors in New York. Dr. Sophia Chu listened to all my concerns & helped me come up with a game plan to feeling better & the next steps to take. Also the woman taking blood was great & really lightened the mood. Can’t recommend Leaf medical enough!

I’ve been going to Leaf Medical for the past three years for my physical. Every year, the previous doctor no longer worked there (this should’ve been my red flag). This year, I saw Dr. Sofia Chu. I’ve never felt so uncared for by a doctor. There was something she flagged about my blood test and she just sent me a message through their messaging app and told me to have a nice weekend. I followed up with questions and advice (as it wasn’t something to be taken lightly) and she never responded. If you’re looking for continuity of care or a doctor that doesn’t just act like a bot through a messaging app, look elsewhere. That’s what I’ll be doing.

Update: Finally got through the phone and asked for my results. The customer service experience was definitely unpleasant. Made my mind to move on. Won’t come back to this place anymore. I did like my physical exam visit with Dr. Chu though. I had annual check more than 2weeks ago. the experience was nice. I even decided to use them as my regular physician. However, I haven’t heard back from them about the lab results!!! This is unusual because normally it takes like 3-5days? I tried to call them but never got through to talk to anyone. I’m annoyed seriously. Excuse me?

Dr. Sunwoo is great! I typically have white coat syndrome, but she makes you feel so comfortable that I wasn’t nervous at all. She’s very knowledgeable and it’s obvious she really cares about her patients. Honestly, everyone in the office is amazing.

Extremely quick, friendly staff. Very helpful and thorough. Doctor Cross was very friendly and thorough as well, took the time to discuss my concerns and make thoughtful recommendations. Great overall experience.

We recently relocated from Texas and needed to find a doctor. Had no idea what we would get. Dr. Dachman was amazing! The staff was also super friendly! Made me feel comfortable. The teenager even approved! We will definitely make her our primary care physician for our son! Also the office is nice!

From the non-existent waiting time to the office staff and doctor, my experience couldn’t have been easier! Professional and informative and a warm atmosphere which made me more than comfortable enough to say that I want to come back and make Dr. Chu my primary care doc! It’s so difficult to find a good pc dr. these days! I’m glad I found her and her establishment! Thank you to the whole office for providing such a wonderful and quick experience!

I love my sons doctor but royally HATE the process of booking an appointment and Leaf Medical is to blame not the doctor. No one answers the phone I don’t know why they have a number. No one calls you back but you’re met with “your health matters to us” HOW??? if I can’t even book an appointment and not go through zocdoc instead of your insane system?? If it weren’t for his doctor I wouldn’t come here!
