I bought a beautiful sapphire engagement ring here a few months ago. Simon accomodated my wish to have a ring with all lab-grown gems and got me a ring that looked even better in person than it did online. It turned out that I ordered the wrong size though, so we went into the city for a day trip and he was able to resize it the same day!
