    worst ever hotel I have stayed. Dirty, smell of Cigarette, weed and what not everywhere. the smoke detector in room was wrapped with plastic. the service is horrible and there cleaning policy is , they will come to your room to clean when you are in your room and the cleaners are gone after 5 PM. So basically the cleaners will never come. no microwave in room , only one dirty microwave in lobby for the entire hotel. the most trashy place I have ever seen. Cockroach in bathroom and simply hell of an experience. They should be banned from doing business over there.

    The dirtiest hotel ever, unprofessional staff, they accept cash only ( I said what if I don'thave cash he said the atm machine is behind you) , the cigarettes smell is very bed in the room, dirty beds, dirty rooms, the room is dusty and not cleaned, the shower mirror is dirty. The bath towel are very dirty with lipstick marks and black spots. I don't recommend it to anyone.

    This is definitely not the Hilton! Dirty curtain, stained sheets, NO BREAKFAST, no fitness center, no washer and dryer, no meeting room, $60 deposit and then the guy wants to charge $25 to park—cash only. Had to use the ATM machine and was charged a $2.99 fee. The lobby smells of cigarette smoke. The”vending machine” area has no vending machine and some of the people that come in are ghetto. The TV doesn’t have good channels. Despite the problems, I got a good nights rest and my stay was okay.

    When I was checking in, I had to pay cash upfront event though I made the reservation online. The staff upfront ( morning time of August 22nd, 2022) was very rude and didn’t wanna tell his name. He definitely does not know how to behave with hotel guests. Management should take care of this.

    Probably the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room was not clean. Did not look like they changed the sheets. The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in days. Would not recommend! Ever! Will be looking into how to report these people.

    The wheelchair accessible room is very spacious. 3 windows, no balcony. Close to the roads do you hear all the traffic going by. The floors could use a broom and a mop. The night stand has roach eggs in it and there was even a dead roach near one of the beds. The air-conditioned unit was set to heat, after 4 hours of calling with no answer I went down stairs to get help and the fixed it but left me in a 60 degrees room all night. Then the TV was playing with no visual so got that fixed too. They do not offer shuttle services to/from the airport and when you checking in depending on who is working you have to pay cash but they don't tell you before hand. There us an 🏧 that faces the reception area so whoever is behind the counter can see your information, and on top of that the 🏧 company charges you $3 per transaction and only gives you $200 in increments of $20s. I work for a travel host agency and this is by far the worst place they have on their list of hotels. A hard pass from me for future stays.

    Service was very unpleasant. They don't tell you in advance that their deposit has to be paid in cash same for their "secure parking area". I told the front desk I would return in 15 minutes after running to the bank. When I returned there was nobody at the front desk. They left my reservation paperwork and copy of driver's license on the front desk in plainview. We waited for 20 minutes along with 2 other people for someone to get to the front desk. The next morning when checking out there was confusion over which room I was given. When they figured it out I was asked to sign a different set of papers. When I asked them to confirm what I was signing and why it's a different set of papers from the one I already signed the guy barked "SO YOU CAN GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!" Then rolled his eyes. I will sleep in my car for a night before I stay at this establishment again.

    I was stayed 10 days with my families. I rented 2 rooms on 3rd floors. Everything is perfect but their service was awful. The don't take any payment from credit or debit cards. Only they take cash. They don't come for room service or cleaning. Also they don't change bed sheets or towell everyday. If you call for service they will tell you coming but 2-5 hours you need to wait!! Just think about twice to staying this hotel for cheap price. Receptionist Mr Shon he is unfriendly & not respectful person. They need to think about their staffs & professionalisiom. Not recommended at all.
