Parker
Towers
is
terrible.
In
efforts
to
address
my
concerns
about
how
our
home
became
a
construction
site,
management
invited
me
to
set
a
meeting
at
a
said
day
and
they
never
even
followed
through!
I
followed
up
several
times
to
confirm
we
were
set
for
a
time
and
I
never
heard
back.
Attention
moms,
dad's,
caregivers,
parents
to
be,
young
families,
older
folks,
anyone
working
from
home,
and
anyone
looking
for
a
good
quality
of
life
residential
experience:
Parker
towers
IS
NOT
the
place
you
want
to
live
in.
I
say
this
with
such
great
disappointment
because
when
I
moved
here
about
7
years
ago
with
my
partner,
we
were
drawn
in
by
the
great
amenities
in
place
and
the
potential
for
family
life.
However,
I
have
seen
a
steep
decline
in
my
quality
of
living
here
due
to
the
incessant
projects,
construction,
drilling,
and
noise
pollution
that
goes
on
everyday,
with
no
one
who
really
cares
about
tenant
experience.
Sadly,
this
is
not
temporary.
This
is
the
parker
tower
residential
life,
indefinitely.
I
have
tons
of
emails
with
the
"project
list
lineup"
and
there's
something
every
week,
requiring
mutliple
phases.
With
an
infant
at
home,
it
is
rare
he
is
able
to
get
a
day
of
peace,
let
alone
let
my
husband
work
from
home
in
peace.
We
are
now
forced
to
not
leave
our
home
to
avoid
the
unsafe
scaffolding
pathway
that
has
replaced
the
cement
floor
breezeway.
The
measured
decibels
recorded
of
the
drilling
volume
reaches
over
86!!
Anything
over
80
is
potentially
dangerous
to
infants!
"
This
has
gone
on
for
years,
not
to
mention
the
water
and
piping
issues
they
impose
on
us
leaving
us
with
water
shutdowns
and
no
drinkable
water
because
its
cloudy
or
muddy
or
has
a
weird
taste
even
after
using
a
filter.
I
have
lived
in
less
"luxuriously
self
acclaimed"
apartment
buildings
and
I've
NEVER
felt
this
compelled
to
expose
such
awful
living
conditions.
PT
response
claiming
it's
all
to
make
this
a
"better,
more
comfortable,
beautiful
living
community"
is
a
goal
that
will
never
be
fulfilled
because
they
are
in
constant
pursuit
of
a
future
resident.
