😠 This facility used to be good but had sour up the past 3 years. They absolutely ignore and disrespect my concern for X-Ray. I went in during my first trimester and they insisted that an X-Ray was necessary even after I told them my concern over the possible harm to pregnancy cause by the radiation.... This facility used to be good but had sour up the past 3 years. They absolutely ignore and disrespect my concern for X-Ray. I went in during my first trimester and they insisted that an X-Ray was necessary even after I told them my concern over the possible harm to pregnancy cause by the radiation. They would called consecutively to confirm your appointment even if it was just for a dental clean up. Leaving voice mail over another voice mail just to get you to show up. Moreover, they called my husband the last minute to "can you come in at xx:xx time, instead?" where the appointment was made two weeks ago. Summary: this facility has cultured their practice around profit; they fear not toss out ethic, respect, privacy, choice, and empathy.

This place is horrible! Went in to get a simple cavity fixed ended up with a bad pain in my tooth which wasn't hurting when I went in. This place is all about quantity not quality. I've never seen a dentist go through 6 customers within an hour. People like this shouldn't be in such a sensitive field. All they care about is getting paid. I suggest you you just pull your own tooth out with pliers than to go here. Never again, I would have rates 0 stars if that was an option.

Been coming to see Doctor Lee for more than 9 years. I am a person who had bad experiences with dentists in the past, so I came to Pure Dental already hesitant, but Dr Lee is patient, thorough, and always tells you what you will feel as he is working on your tooth. He wont use anesthesia if it's not needed. My anxiety has decreased greatly since I came to see Dr. Lee. I have recommended this place to many of my friends, and they love him, one of them mentioned that he is honest- he has returned money, once he realized a job was not necessary on the patient. Another, doesn't mind coming down from upstate to see him. I can't recommend him enough!

Most traumatizing experience I had in this place. It scares me to even pass by the place. First, receptionist Is so mean &rude Worst and I had the worst toothpain doctor didn't even prescribe me right medication. it was so painful thought i needed to go er .I rem asking the receptionist if I needed pain killers she says no I went home really almost died cause of the pain came back then they prescribed me pain killers . What kind of dentist does that . Your suppose to give patients pain killer after root canal and tooth pulled and other procedures. I nearly died . I'm still traumatized by this experience that everytime I pass by this place it frightens me .

Dr. Lee had to fill several of my cavities over the course of two weeks. He did a great job and I hardly felt any pain! He was attentive to my questions and his staff were also nice and friendly. The facility is very clean. Even though I moved quite far (Suffolk County), I am keeping him as my dentist!

Avoid at all costs. Your health is their business cost. Speaking as former patient of 5 years, I finally trusted my gut and jumped shipped when the dental hygienist dismissed my concerns yet again with a callousness that would alarm any medical patient. The pithy lack of care bordered on fraud and it turns out, they are practicing frauds. Following a provider switch, my new dentist asked when I had my last cleaning. I replied, "Last week." He stopped and said, "I don't know how to say this, but for your teeth to be how they are after just one a week, they did a really bad job." This was further confirmed when the cavity that went unaddressed for 6 months at Pure Dental turned out to have demineralized past the enamel and through most of the dentin. What this means in plain english is that Pure Dental saw the problem, ignored it for atleast 6 months, and gave it the time it needed to rot my wisdom teeth to the point where I will need a root canal in near future. This was all preventable. Please don't "try" this business. Please don't risk your dental health. They do not care about you. There are no replacements for your own healthy teeth. If you are already a patient, leave as soon as possible. You owe it to yourself to know what it feels like to have your teeth actually cleaned. Avoid at all costs.

Don't ever go here. They drilled my tooth that was perfectly fine. I showed the XRays to many other dentists who said Dr James Lee did not need to drill my tooth as there was nothing wrong with it thus I said I had no pain. Do not ALLOW him to drill unless you have given him Verbal consent. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere who doesn't malpractice on patients. I'm 30 and I would still like to believe I have a good life of eatting with no pain ahead of me but because of Dr Lee he ruined my life. I will dedicate my life into making sure he doesn't continue his practice this unethical way.

The employee who answers the phone is always angry. I guess her dentist forced her to do her job. Or is it because there are too many customers and the plan is to prevent the number of customers from increasing further?

I think the person in front is the dental director. The ultimate in unkindness....don't ever go there. Treatment is also insincere.

My parents went there and they paid over $4,000 for two teeth. At first they said it included implants, but later they said they never did. $4,000 just to extract two cavities without any root canal treatment. They get ripped off by elderly people and say they don't know. I am wondering what action to take.
