went to GameStop today to purchase a new headset for my son. I had headset which I never use brand new bought it yesterday the store manger said their no way we can refund you money because price I paid didn’t make sense and what she said made no sense I been going this GameStop when I was 8 years old now I’m 22 years old and I was so upset my son was crying because this was not headset he wanted so I bought him game and I left I was so upset and disappointed and I when I was trying buy game the store Manager there was a special promotion going on where if you buy the switch you get a year of GameStop rewards. which is a lie, he tried to charge me extra $15 dollars for the GameStop rewards. please beware of liars in that store, and make sure you always check the price when buying. I believe the manager or shift leader is in the scam as well, Terrible employees who try to make commission by lying. stay safe!

Hispanic female employee with piercings was super helpful. They're was no Xbox series s in stock at there current store. She took her time to help me create a gamestop power up account to see if we could order it online despite that failing. Then found it for me at another gamestop and told them hold it for me. Finally received a Xbox series S. Super helpful and very patient would definitely recommend.

Horrible experience, no reliable help throughout the whole store and very, very costly in this particular store. I received better assistance at Target and better deals.

They offer products IF you buy their subscription

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE TO DROP OFF YOUR RETURN ITEMS. The young brown kid( no name badge )who wears glasses with the over grown hair hanging over his eyes, has the people skills of 1yr old and can’t take a constructive criticism if his life depend on it. I waited at least 30mins to be serviced and that’s because I spoke up, I ask the young man who was in front of me was he next for service and he said no! I’m his friend. He was standing at the counter all that time hanging out! ( clearly inappropriate) then when I addressed his lack of customer service skills he stomped off and refused to service me but the professional manager Miss Jesenia , stop her work, came out of the office and so graciously and patiently process my return. She should not have additional work because of his ineptness, this kid is bad for business, he arrogant and need training in customer service. I going to further complain to the store that uses them for drop off. I shouldn’t be discriminating against because I didn’t come in to buy, if you don’t want to do the service don’t accept the contract.

Despite the amount of money they offer you for returning a game which is appalling. The customer service here is great. They help you pick out games to play with honest opinions of their own. Not just like any salesman’s would do. It’s just sometimes they don’t have some used games that I’ve wanted in the past which I’d have to go to another store to get it.

Don’t have brand new ps 5 controller they only have prepaid that mean all controllers prepaid left joy stick broken

I ordered a PS5 on Tuesday for Wednesday pick up. I called Wednesday BEFORE going to pick out up and was told it was ready to be picked up, only to receive an email minutes later to be told it wasn't in stock. Someone must've offered a generous "Christmas bonus" to whomever sold them my daughter's PS5 but thanks because I actually got it and the extended warranty for a better price on Amazon.
