I have been going to this doctor's office for years. I used to see Doc Menon as a child and thought he was great which is why I stayed. But I must say the service is absolutely horrendous. No one ever answers the phone no matter the time of day. And this is ALWAYS the case. I think it's ridiculous that I would have to travel to the office just to make an appointment that is simply foolishness. They aren't current with technology which would allow people to schedule online or see results online. So the least they could do is answer the phones so that people can schedule appointments.

Love my doctors, been with him for about 16-17 years and with his sister for about 2-3 BUT some of the receptionists are rude and r a r e l y pick up he phone. When you're in the office you never hear the phone ring because the phone is most likely on mute. It can be frustrating if you don't have patience but I love my doctors so I ignore them. They need to hire me instead honestly.

Dr. Menon and Dr. April (don't know her last name) are amazing doctors. As far as the staff, they are very rude at times and my biggest complaint is no one answering the phone. I have even had to fax them after calling 20x in a row to get information so my son can start summer camp. There is one specific staff member (a dark haired Hispanic woman so you know who I mean if you ever meet her) who is ALWAYS rude, not very helpful and spiteful. She gives this office a bad name. My son has been going to this doctor since he was a baby and she has been nasty from the very first visit. Other than rude lower level staff time to time this office is clean and close to home so its almost perfect.

I had so high expectations of this place. The doctor and medical assistants were super nice but the manager NEEDS to be changed. Annette the manager is super super rude and disrespectful to patients and the staff. She yells at patients, lacks empathy and is disrespectful in general. I also saw her yelling at the staff when it was her own fault. It would’ve been a nice experience if not for her. I hope management gets better here.

I wish I could give the staff a zero. The doctors are good but the management staff are so unprofessional. They charge a fee for EVERYTHING. A note, a school form... Everything. I tried to get my kid's medical records and no one called me back. Then they closed the office for months without notice.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Don’t waste your time going to see the doctors/nurse practitioners there. There is a high turnaround for the Nurse Practitioners in addition to the front desk staff. Every time you go you will be seen by someone different so there’s no continuation of care. The worst part about the practice is the office manager Annette, she is rude and is clueless as to how insurances work. She is also very inefficient when it comes to managing the office. When you need a referral it takes them at least 3 weeks before you can get it, so if you’re in pain and you need to see a specialist right away you’re out of luck. You also have to pay $10 to $25 for every medical form to be filled out and you still have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks to get it. When a physical is done, blood work is never done on the same day, so you have to take another day off to do this and this is just another way they try to bill your insurance for another visit. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! This is unacceptable as this is supposed to be a doctor’s office. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. Nothing ever gets done in a timely manner, so please don’t waste your time. The only positive thing that I can say about the office is that it is very clean.

I'm sorry Dr. You were lovely. We spoke about the issue out front. I tried for days to get someone to even answer the phone to schedule my physical. I finally arrived at my wits end. After 6 years, I've parted ways. They answer the phone where I moved to.

This place is horrible if you call to make a appointment or refill your prescriptions no one ever pick up the phone or return your voicemail when you leave one. When you do have a appointment it usually takes between 1 1/2 to 2 hours to be seen even when its empty. Unbelievable, will be looking for another doctor soon
