Ordered six shadow boxes. 2 out of 6 arrived with a broken glass. Called client service made me order two other and they would refund for the damaged ones. Order arrived the same day with wrong item. Called client service, representative very rude and unhelpful. Waste of money, time and terrible client service!

A good store with everything you need for creativity and home decoration. There is a lot of choice of different decorations, especially important now before preparing for Christmas. Yarn is also provided there, there is a choice of beautiful yarn. But I’m upset that most of the range of yarns was made of acrylic... as well as few hooks and spokes to choose from.

They did a great job at framing some picture art that i bought online, and they look wonderful on the boxed frames Michael's put them on. They explained where they needed to cut or fold, and everything came out beautiful. Thank you so much, Michael's.

This store had aisles blocked with cartons so you couldn't see all the merchandise available. Many shelves were lacking merchandise unless it was seasonal. When I got to the register I gave the cash oil er my coupons and my $5.00 voucher which I earned. She didn't take off the voucher (thiugb she said she did) so now I have to take 2 buses back to the store with my receipt to get my $5.00 off. I must say this is not the first time this has happened. However the employees on the floor were very friendly and helpful.

Craft items and more...house decor too for those who like to create and make their own stuff. I love this store.

I found 2 sales associates and belive it or not MICHAEL'S did not have what I was looking for. Sticks to make candy apples or the red candy apple kits. I have a recipe that I've used years ago. One figure at this day and age there would be a faster method. Not so I've looked several places, no luck. Back to starch.

This Michael's doesn't have a lot of inventory. The variety in papers is slim. Everytime I shop here I feel as if they were about to shut down. Shelves are barely full anymore. Other Michael's have so much more to offer. This Michael's is hit & miss. It's better to order online or visit a different one.
