I wish they had a zero star rating. I bought my 6 month old daughter a 14k name plated bracelet and within the first two weeks I had to take it back because it broke 2 times. Not only is the bracelet cheaply made but they charged me an arm and a leg for it. They gave me the excuse that it gets caught on things, (not that this should be an excuse why it breaks weekly) and thats why it continues to break and I would understand that If my daughter was a toddler and moves alot, walks, touches things but she can barely roll over on her own let alone break a gold bracelet twice in two weeks. Also the name on the bracelet was not centered at all on the plate it was more on the left side. I am so dissatisfied with this purchase, I honestly dnt want my money back but at least give decent customer service or give me something that will work with my daughter. If not exchange it for anything else a pair of earrings but don't leave me with a bracelet that I will have to continue to fix every week ! Smh Unfortunately this bracelet will go on my babys "first things" book cuz obviously I have no use for it.

Horrible. I did some shopping around in the area and was quoted $100 for a simple 14k, .7 gram u- style earring (about $30 by weight at the time of this post). After realizing they were the only one with the style in the area, I went back but the Asian lady who quoted me appeared upset. She was rude when I asked if she was the site I had went to about 20 minutes before, stating that I said I didn't want it and walked to the back of the store. Now, I can only hope they fail quickly and get out of my neighborhood.

The previous owners could fix a latch on a bracelet or necklace while you wait..these people took 2 days...when I went to pick it up...it still wasn't ready..
