My mother had the worst experience at this HORRORS OF A DENTAL place. She was mistreated by DR. NIDERMAN. My mother is a senior citizen that has an aneurysm and this maniac showed her no mercy during the procedure. He pulls my mom’s teeth and then proceeds to do teeth impressions right after. He also covered my mother’s nose while she tried to express herself during the teeth extraction. His behavior is unacceptable and will be investigated immediately. I wouldn’t advise anyone going there for anything and most importantly if you’re black, stay away from this place. Experimenting on people is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please avoid this office. They are unreliable. I only wanted one tooth pulled because I was in pain. Walking down the street this was the first place I ran into. I was not happy with their treatment because they left a piece in my gums and I had to go to another dentist to finish the job. They also seem to have problems using their computer. They do not communicate well with the insurance company. It might be incompetence or just lazy. I've spoken to my insurance several times and also filed a complaint. They need to do some cleaning of the place too.

Came here following directions from my insurance! Didn't like the lady dentist that took out my remaining teeth! She gives me my shots (2) then a man starts to do an imprint of my mouth, then the lady comes back and trys to pull a tooth, I said no give me (2) more shots and your giving me a Headache , give me a second, She gave me a look but I didn't care! They (STAFF) waste to much time doing Nothing 🙄 😒.. The Teeth were Nice... Don't go There 🦷🪥🦷

0 stars is what this place is worth. The customer service reps @ front desk are very polite. However, the dentist/dental hygienist is very rude. They are very slow as well. I had a 2:30 appt, arrived at office around 2pm, it's 4:45 pm & I'm still waiting to be seen. Some of these medical professionals have no respect, blatantly disrespecting patients. It's all about the money in my humble opinion. Not patient centered focus or care. I will never come back here. I discourage anyone from coming to this location.

I had the worst experienced with Dr.Neirderman I had very bad infection after they did a deep cleaning I ended with infection 9 out 10 I will never recommend no one to visit this office in my life .he’s aggressive with a anesthesia no numbness to start they answer the phone with patient inside and you could bleed to death and he treats people like animals ,no mask or gloves I ended in a hospital with an oral surgeon because he caused so much infection. Thank God that I didn’t ended with a brain infection that would ended my life .

HORRIBLE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. The customer service is disgusting, the female dentist that does the teeth deep clean is rude and have no patience to do her job currently. She rushes through just to get you out the room. She stops cleaning my teeth just to answer her phone and had me waiting for an hour. They are so unprofessional I had the dentist and assistance argue about her check and day off in the room while giving me a shot to numb my gums.

Got my fillings done and it’s terrible they ruined my teeth after it’s been 2 months since I been there and my nerves are still causing me pain. I can’t sleep at night because of it and they did worst than good . Please I advise people to go to a better dentist because they’re horrible and unprofessional. They intentionally make your teeth worse to get more money from your insurance, trust me and trust the other bad reviews it’s one star for a reason and if I can give zero stars I would .

Worse dentist I’ve ever attended in HISTORY! I should’ve took my coworker word when she told me nobody goes here because they’re disrespectful, I came to google and long be hold a ONE STAR! And it’s not even the whole facility it’s the DENTIST himself, he’s very disrespectful. I made an appointment for 9 I wasn't X-ray’d until 10 ( there was only 2 people ahead of me ) by 10:46 I asked how much longer because I just got off from working overnight. The dentist then asked me if I was in a rush why don’t I reschedule (as he talks with a mouth full of food). I told him I just wanted to know how much longer i had to wait, then ask me to wait 5 minutes so I did. A few minutes goes by he comes in being nasty to me so I respectfully asked if he could talk to me with some respect because I haven’t gotten disrespectful with him, after that he snatched my paper off the counter and told his colleague to call the police.
