VIP Community Services provided exceptional service from registration to discharge. The facility was very clean. The staff was professional and friendly. They are great for Covid emergency services. The doctor took their time and ensured that they addressed all of our concerns. I was serviced with Doctors and medicine excellently . I would definitely return and I recommend VIP to anyone in the Bronx.

For one just look at all the fake reviews on here, let me tell you how this "Treatment" center operates. I was a patient at 716 for a year. I complied 100% with the program rules and expectations but it is a total Medicaid fraud scheme. Until I called oasis there wasn't even a licenced clinician on the unit. They will bill your Medicaid to exhaustion for services you don't need or receive half the time. You are elegable for housing assistance after 90 days of clean toxicology however they did not submit my voucher until the 11th month of my stay. I am disabled, I suffer from seizures and have mobility issues. They discharged me to belvue men's shelter. I have more dirt on this place then I can express here. One of the staff members lost his certification and got hired there. The clinical supervisor Raheem is under DOJ investigation. This is a fact I was interviewed by the DOJ representative. There is black mold in the showers.

VIP has been changed since new place, l like my counselor very much, thier experienced that's important to me,clean bathrooms and staff are good people &alot of sweet nurses &twins too.in my opinion it's good 4 alot. Saves lives if you want to change.

You make it, only if you use 95% of yourself and let VIP do 5% of a whole 100%…Its not magic, but it works!!! Ex animo.

I love this facility. The nurses, doctors and counselors treat me with respect and are extremely helpful with any problems I’m experiencing.I’ve been to other methadone center’s where the medical staff, counselors and higher ups would scare you by threatening to call social services if you didn’t agree to go to detox. I experienced this personally! I would never leave VIP!

Vip is the best inpatient program in the bronx. Staff show genuine care snd concern for their clients. It's a safe and sober environment.
