My
wife
and
I
have
been
training
with
George
at
Just
Fit
for
about
7
months
now,
2
-
3x
per
week
and
its
been
great.
The
results
are
there
-
I'm
down
about
35
lbs
so
far,
but
more
importantly
resting
heart
rate
dropped
from
mid
70s
down
to
about
60,
along
with
measurable
muscle
mass
increases
and
overall
I
just
feel
better.
I've
tried
working
out
on
my
own
many
times
and
things
go
well
at
the
start,
but
I
had
always
stopped
either
due
to
injury
or
just
getting
bored
and
losing
interest,
but
having
a
trainer
keeps
you
accountable
and
on
track.
I've
done
about
75
sessions
at
this
point
and
every
single
time
there
is
at
least
one
new
exercise
to
keep
things
interesting.
Plus,
I've
never
felt
that
I've
even
been
close
to
getting
injured
as
George
is
there
with
you
to
teach
and
review
proper
form
while
constantly
monitoring
reps/weight
to
push
to
keep
getting
better.
I
hesitated
initially
because
my
idea
of
personal
training
was
an
overly
intense
experience
with
someone
yelling
at
you
about
reps
and
time.
This
isn't
the
case
here
as
George
has
been
laid
back,
but
still
manages
to
bring
you
out
of
your
comfort
zone.
As
far
as
cost,
of
course
it's
more
expensive
than
just
joining
a
gym
-
but
I
went
many
months
paying
for
a
gym
membership
that
I
never
used
and
just
ended
up
feeling
terrible
about
it,
so
there
is
definitely
value
here
as
each
session
I
know
I'm
getting
my
moneys
worth.
Overall
things
are
definitely
great
-
we're
happy
we
started
and
plan
to
keep
it
up.
