    I tried Just Fit Training for the first time and it was great! The gym was clean, well-kept, and personnel were friendly. I worked with a trainer named Stephanie and really enjoyed our sessions. I am someone who is on and off with exercise and has tried a variety of classes in the past (pilates, hot yoga, orange theory, regular gym, etc). I gained ~10lbs recently and mostly wanted to jump-start a good habit to get back at the gym and be able to exercise independently. Stephanie was great and through our hour sessions she really pushed me beyond my limits. I was able to learn just how much my body could handle! I was also never worried with safety as she is someone who values proper form and completing reps accurately. Throughout our sessions, I really felt that she cared about my health/well-being and she was super fun and a blast to work with. If you're contemplating about having a personal trainer this is your sign! I highly recommend Stephanie

    Started last year and it's been amazing. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. After the first week most of the trainers already knew my name and were greeting me and encouraging me, even when I didn't even know who they were. It feels like a tight knit family and they're all so positive. My trainers George and Dino are absolutely awesome. When I pulled my back (not while working out) Dino's knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy was a God send. The one-on-one sessions provide all the direct motivation and supervision needed for someone who is lazy like me. The other trainers that i've worked with or interacted with like Giselle, Joey, and Jamie are always highly energetic and fun to be around. Highly recommend!

    I started training with Just Fit about a year ago and even though I always worked out on my own this experience is unlike no other regarding fitness and health. I’m the strongest and healthiest so have ever been in my life. I highly recommend the Just fit team regardless of any goals or fitness levels!

    Decided to start taking my health and fitness seriously before grad school and Just Fit has been the perfect addition to my routine! Dino and the rest of the JF team are supportive and awesome at tailoring a plan that helps you meet your goals. The gym itself is really clean and the environment is always conducive to a good workout. Despite being a busy gym, Dino is always very flexible and able to work around my schedule of work/exams/and even Ramadan. In only 8 weeks I’ve been able to drop 16 pounds. Excited to keep working towards my goals at as I move into year 2 at JF :)

    I’ve been training at Just Fit for a little over a year. At first I was hesitant whether this was another cookie cutter training program. Since the first session, George and Dino have individualized each workout based on my schedule and needs. Not only did I learn a tremendous amount about exercising the right way but also about dieting. Throughout this process I’ve been able to lose 20 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle thanks to just fit supporting me through it all. As long as you put in the work you’ll see results! I highly recommend Just Fit for anyone looking to get into shape the right way.

    My wife and I have been training with George at Just Fit for about 7 months now, 2 - 3x per week and its been great. The results are there - I'm down about 35 lbs so far, but more importantly resting heart rate dropped from mid 70s down to about 60, along with measurable muscle mass increases and overall I just feel better. I've tried working out on my own many times and things go well at the start, but I had always stopped either due to injury or just getting bored and losing interest, but having a trainer keeps you accountable and on track. I've done about 75 sessions at this point and every single time there is at least one new exercise to keep things interesting. Plus, I've never felt that I've even been close to getting injured as George is there with you to teach and review proper form while constantly monitoring reps/weight to push to keep getting better. I hesitated initially because my idea of personal training was an overly intense experience with someone yelling at you about reps and time. This isn't the case here as George has been laid back, but still manages to bring you out of your comfort zone. As far as cost, of course it's more expensive than just joining a gym - but I went many months paying for a gym membership that I never used and just ended up feeling terrible about it, so there is definitely value here as each session I know I'm getting my moneys worth. Overall things are definitely great - we're happy we started and plan to keep it up.

    I have trained at Just Fit for a little over 2 years with both Dino and George. I have learned many types of exercises and fell in love with how my body changed over the years. Both trainers are so patient and have a wealth of fitness knowledge. Highly recommend Just Fit!

    I have been going to Just Fit for a few months now, and it has been an excellent experience. George has been incredibly professional and educational in guiding me to my fitness goals.     I have been going to Justfit for the last three years. The environment has always been warm and welcoming. I I have worked with both Dino and George who are great personal trainers. I have a previous sports injury and only trust their guidance and feedback.

    I started training along with my daughter during the summer of the pandemic. In over 2 years I have lost over 25 pounds and am in the best physical shape that I could have ever imagined. My daughter’s body has totally transformed. Just Fit is so motivating, fun and you see results so quickly. I actually look forward to working out. Can I add that they make it feel effortless? Their personalities are adorable and so easy to talk to. Plus, when you see results this quickly it only motivates you to go more often, stay consistent and make it a lifestyle change. 105 stars! 5 stars aren’t enough!
