From the appointment scheduler and receptionists to Dr. Brian George, I was treated with concern and respect. All questions were taken seriously and answered fully. Dr. George advised how long I could expect recovery to be, and that I may expect only minimal discomfort at times. I was already at that stage for my last visit. Dr George also told me what I can expect in the future so I will know what is normal. He also said if I have any problems with my wrist to come back to see him. I hope I have no need to recommend Dr. George to family and friends, but if the need did arise, I would be happy and confident in recommending Dr. George to them. Thank you, Dr. George!

Dr. George is an amazing orthopedic hand specialist. He has a great bedside manner and explains everything so well. He’s a talented surgeon and my hand surgery went well. His staff is professional and courteous. I’ve not had to wait long to schedule an appointment. In addition, I’m always seen in a timely manner for my appointments. First visit to Reconstructive Orthopedics and I was extremely happy with the caring, attentive service that I received. Dr George explained everything in detail that I could understand. Very large office and a little overwhelming on First visit. Reception staff could not have been more pleasant. Remember this was my first visit and things might be different going forward but everyone has a bad day from time to time.

Virtual Reconstructive Ortho is an amazing practice with amazing physicians. When you walk through the door, you greeted immediately each person announces who they are and they explain what they’re doing. The physician walks through the room well versed on your medical history. They ask questions and they listen to the answers that you supply. The educate you and help you make decisions that are best for you. You’re guided to the exit desk and they either tell you to sit and they’ll be with you in a moment or call you up. This is a very Wonderful experience every time!

Everyone at Reconstructive Ortho is so wonderful. From the moment you walk in to the minute you leave you are treated with courtesy and smiles. This practice has made a bad time in my life from this shoulder injury into a great experience. I'm getting better every day thanks to these great people.

My experience was a very pleasant experience as usual. I like the set-up where in prep and recovery, there were other people at a different stage to talk to, and it had a feeling of Community. The procedure was fast and relatively comfortable. Everyone was very personable.
