The perimeter loop trail is about 3/4 mile and mostly flat, although one portion of the trail is slightly sloped and has some erosion. Otherwise the park is very accessible....

Not sure how Orangetheory stays in business paying mall rental prices. I prefer LA fitness, planet fitness, Lifetime, Virtua or YMCA style gym.
