Arrived here after daylight savings and I must say hung around until it was dark and the views are amazing. The restaurant with its ambiance, food and drinks made a nice weekend wonderful. ( NY strip steak and the salmon cooked to perfection. Strawberry sangria and Amsterdam, Manhattan were delicious) Was here years ago when the Towers were up and the NYC skyline is still beautiful. I love my city as a born and raised resident and more today as a visitor.

Great place to see New York from the top. Highest building and all of that. Most probably better than going up the empire state building, however, it does not have the same history. The tickets are quite pricey for just a lift and a view, however, it is worth it. We had a meal deal which included the ticket up but we were not sent the ticket before and had to queue to get it which was a bit of a waste of time especially since we planned in advance.

First time being here since before the towers were attacked. The site has been beautifully redeveloped. The monuments are tasteful and humbling. The Occulus seems a little out of place design wise but is a fabulous structure and beautifully done inside. Plenty of options for food and drink around, and as always very walkable. It was nice to be back and get a chance to spend a few days here again.

The One World Trade Center Observatory, located at the top of the Western Hemisphere's tallest building, offers breathtaking 360-degree views of New York City. Visitors can soar up 102 stories in the Sky Pod, a fast elevator that showcases the city's transformation through a time-lapse video. The observatory features three levels with interactive exhibits and dining options, including a cafe and a restaurant. A highlight is the Sky Portal, a disc made of transparent glass that allows visitors to walk seemingly on air high above the streets below.

We were greeted right away from a very nice and pleasant employee. Along each step of the way to the elevators, each worker was pleasant and nice. The optics in the elevator are super cool, then the visual once you're at the top is awesome. We spent an hour at the top walking around each side. We then had dinner at One Dine. The food was great. the server, the cook, the manager, all came by asking how we were and was very nice. We had some great views while eating dinner from our table. Sunset hit just when we ended dinner and we got to enjoy some more awesome views with different lighting. By the time we left the top, it was 3 hours and NYC was all lit up. If possible, be sure you will have a nice clear day when booking and try to time the visit an hour before sunset.

One World Trade Center… I have been there today before 20th anniversary… such a speechless and heartbreaking place… flowing water disappearing into the depths shows everyone how fragile human life is. Beautiful place full of prayers meditation and memories. We remember 9/11

I didn't go inside since I already had tickets for the Empire State and the Rockefeller. But I think it is a remarkable structure, now replacing the Twin Towers. Remember. The last photo I posted is from Jersey City (York street) on the other side of the Hudson river. It's incredible how close it looks.

What a building. So much that it represents. The observation deck and the 9/11 museum and the trade center pools make the world trade center property such a beautiful and at the same time sombre place. Definitely recommend visiting and showing your support.

This is quite an experience for us to go to this place . The view from the observatory on the top was amazing and breathtaking. You could see an overview of New York City skyline. What a beautiful scenery. We stayed there till nighttime and the view of the sunset and New York city lights are amazing. They have also a restaurant and souvenir shops at the observatory. Overall I recommend this place if you're visiting New York.

Best views of Manhattan and bridges, make sure to bring your long zoom lenses and enjoy! You can purchase different ticket packages, we bough the all inclusive which gives you a fast pass, and food and drinks credit, it makes more sense since the price difference it's not much. They have a restaurant and cafteria on the very top with insane views, a must visit location next to the 911 memorial.

This may be the best $48 you'll ever spend. (per person of course) I believe memories last a lifetime and this is one opportunity you don't want to miss. My suggestion would be to book your tickets and arrive before sunset. 🌇 Your loved ones will be amazed. Note: Guest Services (located downstairs) can book your Standard Admission and make restaurant accommodations for you. The other options are... to book with Open Table app or arrive in-person. If you're paying in cash you will have to get in line. (ticket both) The kiosk machines are for those using debt/ credit cards. (booking restaurant reservations is not an option) My wife and I were lucky. The restaurant seated us without reservations. (near the bar) We did hear a pianist but didn't see one. By 8pm the music discontinued. The energy dropped after that. We'd suggest the restaurant use Pandora to lift the mood. The staff was friendly and the 360 degree views were impressing. Our biggest flaw for the evening was going to the bathrooms. My wife actually asked for one of them to be cleaned. Feel free to view the images I've shared. (when I went into the bathroom) This is why I've rated 4 out of 5. In conclusion, we'd suggest this attraction to friends and family. It will be a night to remember.

The architecture and character built around the monumental World Trade Center is stellar and amazing! There is more to see than just pictures alone. The interior is a modernized city that offers plenty of shopping. But, it does lack at the moment on plenty of restaurant choices. Public transportation is very convenient to get here. Subway choices are good coming from midtown, uptown, Queens and Brooklyn.

This was my favorite attraction ever. The view is just breathtaking and unbelievable. You feel small when you see how big and beautiful is New York. I saw one of the reviews here and got my tickets at Viator, $42 for skip the line tickets, very good. They offer you a tablet when you’re entering the main attraction. It’s informative and interesting getting to know more about NYC places, buildings, and history (it’s $15). Gift shop was interesting but very expensive.

It's really really expensive. The ticket costs more than 50$ and if you want to buy a small beer on top it costs 13$. The view is great, but you are behind glass. The exhibit and museum before you get up is quite nice. Overall I recommend going to the empire state as you get a better view without windows for less money.

What an experience this was! It's one of my favorite observatory so far,360 views of New york and New jersy! It's very unique. Even the ride in the elevator is super cool. The walls of the elevators become screens, and so you can see a show while going up and down. They even had a restaurant where you could eat while enjoying the beautiful views. We all loved it.

The Freedom Tower, officially One World Trade Center, is a prominent skyscraper in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Completed in 2014, it stands as the main building of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex. Soaring at 1,776 feet, it pays homage to the year of American independence. The tower serves as a symbol of resilience, honoring those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and signifies the city's spirit of renewal and strength.

I still remember this place and those tall skyscrapers. I got chance to visit the 360 degree view deck above this building. I feel the ticket is little expensive. The view from the top was superb and very exciting. I took lots of lots of photos from above the building. I don't miss going up to the building everytime I visit New York. New york is all about the skyscrapers so don't forget to visit this tall building to see all the new york and new jersey from the high up. Enjoy everyone and stay healthy!!! Thank you !!!

Riding the elevator to the top of One World Trade Center in New York City is an unforgettable experience for any tourist. As you ascend the 104 floors to the observation deck, the excitement and anticipation builds with a quick history lesson on the elevator. Then you are presented with breathtaking views from the top that are well worth it. The elevator ride is a marvel of technology, as it takes only 47 seconds to reach the top, thanks to the high-speed elevators that can travel up to 23 miles per hour. As you soar up the building, you can see the floors and walls of the elevator display images of New York City and its iconic landmarks, providing a preview of the view you'll soon be enjoying. Once you reach the observation deck, the panoramic views of New York City are simply spectacular. You can see the entire city from above, including famous landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, and the Empire State Building. The observation deck is spacious and well-designed, with ample space for visitors to enjoy the views, snap photos, and enjoy the experience. There are also interactive exhibits and displays throughout the deck, providing additional information about the history of the building and New York City. Overall, riding the elevator to the top of One World Trade Center is a must-do experience for any New York City tourist. The views are awe-inspiring, and the experience of being up so high in the sky is truly unforgettable. It's a chance to see the city in a way that few people ever get to experience, and it's one of those moments that you'll remember for a lifetime.

The view form the top is absolutely stunning. I was also surprised by their cheesecake: incredibly delicious. Make sure to book the guided tour with the animation and all. Their lift will take you up at such an incredible speed your ears will pop. The best chance to see manhattan from different angles.

Despite other reviews, I think this is one of the better tourist attractions. I booked through Viator, skip the line tickets were only $45. Not bad in my opinion. The views are incredible, and the entire experience was super cool. I loved the videos in the elevators and the intro video. Don’t wait until the day of to buy tickets, book online. Much cheaper.

The One World Observatory offers a truly magnificent experience, perched atop the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, the One World Trade Center. With a seamless blend of technological wonder and somber remembrance, this destination commands a full 5-star review. As you ascend to the Observatory, the Sky Pod elevators envelop you in a virtual time-lapse that reveals the transformation of New York City’s skyline from the 1600s to the present day. Upon reaching the top, the Observatory provides an unparalleled 360-degree view of the iconic cityscape — a breathtaking panorama that stretches for miles in every direction. The beauty of the observatory is not just in what you see, but in what you feel. There's an underlying narrative of resilience and rebirth, a tribute to both the city's unbreakable spirit and the memory of the Twin Towers that once stood as beacons of hope and prosperity. The One World Observatory doesn't just offer a view; it offers a moving experience that honors the past while looking to the future. With interactive exhibits, fine dining, and the See Forever Theater, the Observatory is not merely an attraction but a poignant reminder of what was lost and the hope that has risen, quite literally, from the ashes. It's a testament to the enduring strength of New York City and an essential visit for both residents and tourists alike.

Visited in August, beautiful weather mixed with beautiful architecture. This building was astoundingly stunning in the daylight, and just as beautiful at night. I loved learning the history of 9/11 and paying my respects at the tribute pool. The nearby murals were uplifting and vibrant. There was a square filled with food trucks and souvenir vendors. Definitely very crowded, as expected in the bustling financial district of NYC!

A truly special place to visit. It's both awesome and eerie at the same time. The views up top are absolutely stunning. I think only top of the rock beats thus view, and even so they're so much different. Checking out the memorial below is also a must. The ones we lost on that day deserve rememberance, and both of these spots definitely do it justice. Definitely a spot you should visit.

An amazing, powerful, inspirational, and beautiful place to visit. I would highly recommend this! The elevator and display screens are very innovative and immersive. It really makes you feel like you’re in a dream. Stunning views of NYC and beyond. Friendly staff, very secure, and clean. It really makes you feel small in this world. Looking up feels surreal. One of my top favorites in the city!

One of our favorite skyscrapers in NYC. It is the tallest building in the city that you can visit. Very nice views, from a different perspective. We have been to four of the five skyscrapers and each one has something different to offer and different views. The WTC is a wonderful building. We recommend.

The area wasn't as I remembered, pre event and felt different (as it definitely was different). It was so beautiful and incredibly sad to be there. There was such an amazing energy, but I am grateful to have gone. I really pray for all affected by such a sad human catastrophic event and send healing energy & light to all.

Definitely a must-do experience when you're in New York. The staff were helpful and friendly and help direct you where you need to go. Even when you first walk in, the lobby is huge and easy-to-navigate. And when you board the elevator going up, it's like an immersive experience like what you would get at some theme parks. The sides of the elevators are cool and they show different scenes from New York City and the narration is also cool when taking the elevator both up and down. And when you get to the top, the views are incredible from every direction.

I would definitely recommend visiting One World Trade Center. Beautiful views from the top floor. Lots to see and my 10 year old loved it. There is also a restaurant and gift shop. If you pay for the more expensive tickets you will get an iPad to use that will tell you about the different buildings that you see from the top floor. Very Informative.

Basically a must-see if you plan to come to Manhattan. The building's exterior and design speaks for itself, and I'd definitely recommend getting a ticket to the observatory (after getting off the elevator at the observatory floor, there's an introduction to the building, followed by a pretty cool surprise). The elevator ride itself is also very unique. Not a lot of reviews show pictures of inside the lobby/ticket display or observation floor itself, so I've included them for you to see.

A little pricey but wow, this was definitely the best view in New York! The iPad feature helped us identify many of the skyline buildings, but not all of them. The bar / restaurant allowed us to see the New Jersey and East River for a lot longer. The beer on tap was good, including Dogfish, Bells and a few New York breweries. We went mid afternoon in January and it was about 50% capacity. Not sure what it is like at peak, but we got our tickets in minutes and rode up the elevator right away! After doing all 360 degrees of views we went to the restaurant, loved the cheesecake, tea and as mentioned, my flight if beers.

One World Observatory: Unmatched Views, Iconic Design Perched atop One World Trade Center, this observation deck truly delivers a "top of the world" experience. The breathtaking 360-degree views encompass New York City's legendary skyline, stretching for miles in every direction. Witness iconic landmarks, rivers, and even a glimpse of New Jersey and beyond. The journey begins with a high-speed elevator ascent filled with a captivating time-lapse of New York's evolution. The observatory itself boasts sleek design and floor-to-ceiling windows maximizing the panoramic views. Beyond just scenery, One World Observatory offers interactive exhibits detailing the building's history and construction. This adds a layer of appreciation for the architectural marvel it represents. Highly Recommended! Whether you're a local or a visitor, One World Observatory guarantees an unforgettable New York City experience.

This is very great place to observe NYC. You might want to see both day time and night. So just choose timing wisely so you will see beautiful sunset as well. Here is no glass floor to look down as like other similar observatory towers offer like Lotte tower which is in Seoul. If you want to take photo do not use flash, and try to find place where there is lesser reflection on the window. For me the coolest part was the opening up the screen curtain to introduce NYC.

I went to the top of the Freedom Tower back in 2022. Im leaving a review now as I look back at my photos. One of the best views in the city. I would still recommend “The Edge” which is another observatory over this because you get to stand outside on glass, but this place is still amazing.

The one World Trade Center was a masterpiece of architecture. When entering, we were brought through a tunnel of rock which was the bedrock foundation of the building. Then taken into an elevator, which brought us up the 102 floors at a speedy rate. While going up, we got a surrounding view of screens around us showing a Timelapse of the history of NYC. Finally, reaching the top, we were taken to the best part. In a room with projectors, we watched a short video about New York and everything in it. The experience had just begun yet it was amazing. Entering the observatory there were many things to do. Take pictures, have food, enjoy the sights, or look at the sky portal. Awaiting us we’re huge glass windows showing a 360 view of New York and a bit of New Jersey. High up, you could see the famous NY skyline and all of the well known buildings that are in it. You may also be given a special tablet with an app that gives you information about surrounding areas and buildings. There are videos which explain the significance of that place and the history behind it. If you put the tablets down and take a look around you. You’ll see the sky portal, which is glass and screens that show footage of cameras around the building which give the illusion of you being on metal hundreds of feet in the air. When leaving, the elevator will show you another virtual video of the city as you go down back to earth. All in all, this is a must see place in NY

The World Trade Center is truly a remarkable landmark that left me in awe during my visit. From its towering structures to its rich history, there is no doubt that this iconic site has become a symbol of resilience and strength. Once inside, I was greeted by a modern and well-designed complex. The architecture of the buildings is impressive, and the attention to detail is evident. The One World Trade Center, also known as the Freedom Tower, stands tall and proud, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city from its observation deck on the 100th floor. Taking a moment to reflect on the tragic events of September 11, 2001, I visited the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. It is a moving tribute to the lives lost and a testament to the human spirit. The reflecting pools, which sit in the footprints of the original Twin Towers, are a solemn reminder of the magnitude of the tragedy. The museum itself is thoughtfully curated, with artifacts, personal stories, and interactive exhibits that provide a deeper understanding of that fateful day. Aside from its historical significance, the World Trade Center also offers a variety of dining and shopping options. The Oculus, a magnificent transportation hub, is an architectural marvel in its own right. Its striking white structure and expansive space create a unique atmosphere for shopping and dining experiences. Overall, my visit to the World Trade Center was a thought-provoking and memorable experience. It serves as a powerful reminder of the strength and resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity. Whether you're interested in history, architecture, or simply want to enjoy stunning views of the city, the World Trade Center is definitely worth a visit.

I recommend this as a city view point. It isn’t half as busy as the Rockefeller Centre which makes it far more enjoyable and we hardly had to queue at all. We went up at dusk and it was great seeing the city at night. It’s a shame there weren’t a few darker rooms to enable better photos, but still good all the same. Worth a visit.

The views from the observation deck are stunning. I suggest going up 1 hour before the sunset for the best views and the best scenery. There are drinks and a restaurant/bar for convenience at the top. Slightly pricy tickets if you’re not used to nyc prices, but honestly worth the money.

Pretty impressive experience. The elevator is awesome (but so fast, you ears will pop) with it’s panoramic video timeline. Also the way they introduce the views to you is cool. Tip: buy your tickets online before entering the building. That way, you avoid the upsells where they try to tell you the basic tickets have a wait time of 90 minutes. Also, when at the top, head down a level for less crowds and better views.

Very impressive view at the top ! Amazing. Little advice : book your ticket the day before or the day you want to go just to be sure of the weather. It's way better if the sky is clear 👍🏻 Also take the time to observe the outside of the building, the reflections on the facades are superb !

Great views! Staff is friendly. I don’t remember her name but one of the workers was so sweet to my son and let him see how she closed the elevators. They have an iPad “tour guide” and my son loved it. He thought it was so cool he could see the names of all the buildings and bridges we could see out the windows. Great experience.

Great view, but ticket package for view and museum were not working properly and we had to buy more expensive to tickets (after being refunded) that were only for the view. Wait was short and the elevator was quick so that was nice. Overall the one issue can be easily overlooked as the actual experience was breathtaking.

Excellent views and the interactive guide on the tablet was actually quite useful for identifying different areas and buildings in the city. We booked the combination experience on a weekday and had no queue at all. The restaurant and shop made it feel a bit crowded though. The info made it seem like the elevator up would provide views of the city but it was just a digital display that enveloped the elevator.
