2/5 Mr B. 2 years ago on Google
I
was
expecting
more
from
a
Double
Tree
Hilton
especially
comparing
to
the
ones
in
England.
I
donāt
expect
too
much
in
life
but
when
you
have
paid
good
money
for
a
hotel
with
high
standards,
you
expect
comfy
pillows
and
a
clean
room
etc
etc.
The
lift
(elevator)
was
a
ridiculous
situation
because
theyāre
only
two
for
like
44
floors
and
you
can
sometimes
be
waiting
for
like
15\20
minutes
which
could
be
avoided
if
it
didnāt
stop
at
nearly
every
floor.
I
only
got
one
pillow
and
requested
a
second
but
apparently
they
ran
out
so
my
neck
did
hurt
but
the
bed
was
very
comfortable
at
least.
I
had
to
use
my
partners
pillow
so
we
shared
in
the
end
lol.
Location
is
amazing
which
is
the
main
positive
but
I
did
find
around
the
underneath
of
the
bed
dust
flying
around
so
try
not
to
move
the
bed
but
apart
from
that
everything
else
was
clean.
The
towel
situation
can
be
a
pain
because
you
have
to
sometimes
wait
an
hour
or
two
to
get
one
or
two
towels
and
room
service
can
be
hit
and
miss
if
someone
cleans
your
room
but
the
cleaners
are
very
polite
and
nice
people.
My
main
and
this
is
the
biggest
point
I
will
make,
whoever
made
the
walls
in
this
building
clearly
didnāt
think
to
make
them
thicker
because
you
can
hear
a
pin
drop.
Iām
a
heavy
sleeper
but
had
to
get
a
refund
for
one
night
of
my
stay
because
I
could
hear
music,
text
messages
coming
through,
talking,
shouting,
swearing,
their
tv
and
even
walking
around
at
like
2/3am.
The
walls
are
paper
thin
and
arenāt
suitable
for
families
or
anyone
who
wants
a
good
nights
sleep.
Took
three
attempts
going
to
the
front
desk
to
get
these
noisy
neighbours
to
change
room
as
I
had
to
keep
complaining
and
going
downstairs
plus
we
were
on
like
the
34th
floor.
I
did
receive
a
refund
from
this
nights
stay
which
boosted
my
review
from
one
star
to
two
but
I
did
expect
the
walls
to
be
thicker,
the
room
to
be
hoovered
under
the
bed
so
you
didnāt
have
dust
and
also
two
more
pillows
which
are
comfy
not
flat.
Apart
from
everything
I
have
said,
location
is
perfect
and
itās
just
a
shame
the
walls
are
so
thin
and
the
two
lifts
are
either
slow,
packed
or
unavailable.
Thereās
a
third
lift
used
by
staff
or
the
cleaners
which
you
can
be
lucky
enough
to
go
in
but
only
when
the
door
is
open
and
in
use.
They
did
let
us
use
it
when
it
was
really
busy
but
Iām
not
saying
youāre
always
going
to
be
able
to
use
this
other
lift.
