My
brother
and
I
stayed
in
this
hostel
for
one
night
and
I
think
three
stars
is
a
fair
review.
We
stayed
in
a
private
bunk
bed
room
so
I
can’t
comment
on
the
shared
room
experience.
The
good
things:
the
location
is
perfect
and
seems
to
be
in
a
relatively
safe
and
quieter
part
of
NYC.
The
staff
were
relatively
friendly
and
the
room
was
clean.
It
is
a
very
small
room
with
just
the
beds,
a
table
and
lockers
to
lock
your
things
in
but
it
was
perfect
for
our
one
night
stay.
There
is
heating
in
the
room
but
it
doesn’t
seem
like
you
have
control
over
when
it
comes
on.
The
showers
and
toilets
were
clean
and
I
had
ample
hot
water
and
water
pressure.
The
not
so
good
things:
you
will
more
than
likely
have
to
wait
5-10
min
to
be
helped
at
the
front
desk
but
that’s
not
a
big
deal.
What
I
found
odd
was
that
in
their
rules
it
says
guests
get
a
free
towel
when
staying
in
a
private
room
but
when
we
asked
we
were
told
it
was
$5
each.
There
was
also
only
a
flat
sheet
and
a
pillow
provided
in
the
rooms
which
was
not
adequate
for
me
in
a
NYC
winter
luckily
the
heating
switched
on
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
To
get
to
the
women’s
bathroom
from
our
room
you
had
to
go
through
the
stairwell
which
was
a
bit
inconvenient.
Overall
I
enjoyed
my
stay
and
would
recommend
to
a
student
or
young
adult
wanting
to
visit
NYC
at
a
somewhat
affordable
price.
