Called
customer
service
to
try
and
get
some
questions
answered
about
my
mother-in-law's
upcoming
stay.
We
needed
some
more
information
about
the
shuttle
from
JFK.
He
said
he
would
need
to
transfer
me
to
the
hotel
directly
but
he
needed
a
phone
number
attached
to
the
reservation,
he
was
very
impatient,
and
I
told
him
that
I
needed
a
minute
to
get
the
number
from
my
mother-in-law,
but
he
had
hung
up
within
about
15
seconds.
There
was
the
option
to
leave
feedback,
so
I
left
a
2
for
(not
helpful),
so
hotel
owner

just
