Visited
the
Hudson
Yards
coffee
shop
on
9/25.
This
is
the
worst
experience
I
have
ever
had
in
a
coffee
shop
in
NYC.
I
lady
at
the
cash
register
was
very
polite
but
the
two
staff
members(
one
girl
and
one
guy)
making
the
coffee
were
very
rude.
I
ordered
for
a
mocha
and
when
I
received
it
and
took
a
sip,
I
found
the
coffee
to
be
very
bitter
and
so
I
requested
one
of
the
staff
members
to
put
some
milk
into
the
coffee
to
tone
it
down
a
little.
They
didn't
want
to
put
in
some
milk
in
the
coffee.
They
gave
me
such
a
hard
time
with
it.
For
some
reason,
just
weren't
interested
in
servicing
me.
They
first
told
me
that
I
had
to
wait
till
they
finish
what
they
were
doing
and
then
they
told
me
that
I
would
be
charged
for
the
little
milk/cream
I
was
asking
for.
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
and
they
were
pointing
at
each
other
like
they
were
some
kids.
I
have
never
ever
come
across
anything
like
this
where
a
coffee
shop
charges
for
cream
in
the
coffee.
I
don't
mind
paying
for
the
cream
but
they
should
have
been
a
little
polite
with
me.
I
believe
in
karma
and
I
know
that
the
two
employees
with
this
attitude
will
not
go
very
far
in
life.
If
the
coffee
shop
doesn't
reign
in
such
employees,
then
it
is
definitely
destined
for
failure
in
a
cut
throat
market
like
NYC.
I
plan
on
never
going
back
to
Jack's
again
and
will
ensure
that
none
of
my
friends
and
family
do
as
well.
Will
stick
to
Starbucks.
Also,
made
a
huge
mistake
of
tipping
them
when
I
ordered.
Oh
well.
Karma
will
take
care
of
this.
