Great selection of craft beer on tap and in bottles. I'm a fan of sour beer and this place really fits my palate. I could always find something tasty on tap. I also learned to know and love hazy IPA here. The international bottles are really best of the best, Rodenbach Grand Cru, Aventinus, Lambic etc. Every visit is a absolute pleasure.

Amazing selection of beers. Should be noted that I am not a "beer guy" or know much about craft beers, I tend to sick to IPAs but I can here with a beer connoisseur who made me expand my pallet for beer tasting. This is one of those places you should visit if you want to try something different or just care to have a great beer and don't really care about being at a crowded bar with a ton of noise. Very low key, get more of a grocery store vibe here (my opinion).. there is seating and they do not serve food or allow you to bring outside food. Just come prepared to enjoy some great beers and I wouldn't be surprised if you end up buying a few bottles to go! Cheers!

so I'm from the pacific northwest, and it's hard to find someone outside of there typically that has a good grasp of the flavor profile that we tend to appreciate over there. I was walking by, saw the store name, thought to myself "I like good beer" so I started chatting with the guy on break outside and he blew me away with his knowledge of both local and out of state beers! he was very helpful, and now that I'm back home and cracked open a couple of cans, he definitely has the beer to back up his knowledge. by far the best beer I've had on this side of the country, and probably the best service as well. it is my goal to go back before I head home, these guys are amazing! I love good beer and so do they!

There is an impressive selection of beer brewed locally and abroad. One can build their own 4 or 6-pack of beer, cider, and /or hard seltzer.

I love this place, should be called Great Beer. Always good beers on tap with knowledgeable staff and a really good selection of cans and bottles. They definitely have mostly beers from more local breweries. But they get their fair share of out of town stuff too, including typical European beers. Worth stopping in for sure if you love craft beer.

This is one of my favorite places in NYC. It's a super casual spot with extremely friendly and engaging staff. While they're very knowledgeable of beer, they may be even more knowledgeable of music - the playlist and ambiance is charming. Their selection of beer is remarkable, if a bit pricey; however, they maintain a good selection of rotating drafts at a fair price, and they're always willing to offer a taste before you commit to a full glass.

Meh. I visited yesterday for the 1st time. Small place with one man behind the counter. The beer fridges were about 60% full, mostly with local cans and boring imports. I asked the guy behind the counter if they have anything from Rogue Brewery out of Oregon, and he told me Rogue is too "mainstream" for them. I mentioned they have Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Founders All Day IPA, and he just sniffed. $5 for a 12 ounce can of 5% lager made just a few short miles away in Brooklyn. I can get a 24oz of imported lager at the supermarket for $3. $3 more if you want to consume that can of lager on site. I do like the neighborhood though. Point for that.
