👍 This is the place you go if you're looking for an experience and not just a meal. You gotta drop mad money and this is NOT a place for someone one a budget. It's fun and just walking in is an experience all by itself. The food is creative and gorgeously made. My burger had a bit too much Bleu cheese... This is the place you go if you're looking for an experience and not just a meal. You gotta drop mad money and this is NOT a place for someone one a budget. It's fun and just walking in is an experience all by itself. The food is creative and gorgeously made. My burger had a bit too much Bleu cheese on it but was still good. The cake was decadent and delicious. Heads up, the drinks are strong and the small drinks come before the food so sip slowly.

I love love love the sugar factory! Everything is supersized and over the top fabulous! The big drinks are my favorite of course with all of the gummy bears floating around it's it's a liquid fantasy!!! lol. The food is amazing as well!! I always order the surf and turf it is always pure perfection the wait staff are very attentive and the management is extra accommodating. Super friendly people!! I love the selection of candy too !! I only wish that they had this place when I was a child. This is my go to place also for birthday parties and just fun girls nights out!! Also for any special events , everyone loves coming here especially the guests that are visiting me from out of town highly recommended especially for the kids!!!!

Took my daughter here for her 12th Birthday, they were so nice & accommodating. I had a reservation, but because of traffic coming from DC we were and hour late. I called ahead of time and let them know, they were very understanding. When we finally arrived we were seated right away with no problem. My daughter had an awesome time, the food was amazing & the staff was great. I would definitely travel 4hrs all over again just to visit this location. Thank you for making my daughters birthday truly one remember. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the decor needs to be updated & the bathroom was not up to par.

My Friend had a get together for his Daughter's Birthday there. Had reservations and were seated right on time. Very trendy place, nice atmosphere and a staff that is really into it. The food looked awesome, tasted ok, my soda was flat which stopped me from ordering a second one. They do have an artistry of cocktails, shakes and ice creams. The highlight of the night was this amazing 28 scope ice cream float with fireworks, whipped cream and candy. The presentation was great, the servicing staff nailed it! I think the kids really enjoyed it. So if you have a couple of extra bucks, a special occasions or a sweet tooth.. Go for it!!

Would you expect when going to a place like this that it would be a fun experience? It wasn't. From walking in the decor was lacking anything special. The whole design theme is let's put mirrors everywhere. Big ones, small ones... It all seemed very worn out, especially the bathrooms. If we hadn't been there over 2 hours, maybe I wouldn't have noticed. The service was very slow. We were there for an hour by the time we got our food. Another 50 minutes to get the dessert. They were friendly but not very competent. The highlight was the food. It tasted good, but at over $20 for a burger at lunch it is way overpriced. The foggy drinks are cool, but at $40 it's not THAT cool. So, to wrap it up with a bow, expensive, poor service, lacking style, but the food was good (did I mention over priced).

I’ve had meals all over and love trying out new places. I found the Sugar Factory on TikTok and was VERY excited to try it out. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. The one of the three restrooms was out of service and the other two had huge lines. Not only that, the bathrooms were really dirty. Our waiter forgot our drink and had to be reminded a couple of times. Our food came out before our drinks! One of them was a soda. If it was a special drink, I would get it because the bar might be backed up but a soda? Another waiter dropped a tray of food right next to our table where it splattered all over. Some of the food was VERY over priced. I myself had the lobster and steak. The lobster was tiny and I asked for the steak to be medium rare but it came out well done. I’ve ate in Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen and paid less for my meal. The drinks were cool and all but I am just not convinced it’s worth the price. If you go and order a simple burger then you might be okay. There was no complaints over that dish. I will have to come back and give them a second chance to see if it was just an off night.

Hi Guys, Upon arrival the place is pretty on the outside. The entire entrance is white, spacious, tall and white. Very beautiful. We went to this restaurant WITH a rsvp and still had to wait about 30 minutes to get called for our table. This was very disappointing. Upon arriving to our table we were sat at a tiny little 2 seater table although it was three of us. Even more disappointing. Other than that we had great service, the food was delicious, and we enjoyed ourselves. We had those super big cocktails, candy milkshake, pasta, and burger.

Omg! The food was delicious. The salad were fresh and flavorful. The rainbow slices were tasty and the buns were soft. The desserts were - of course - incredible! We went for a birthday and they made it a show. Love it! It's pricey but it's an experience.

This is 2nd Sugar factory I have been to (other one was in Atlantic city). It’s always full of color and vibrancy. The dishes are a piece of art. I would highly recommend it for bday celebrations. They bring in cool cakes and lights. Makes your day special. Do try their smoking drinks. Will live with you for long time. The only star i am taking away is for the fact that 20% gratuity was already added to the bill and I felt there was a bit of trickery to make me pay 20% tip on top of that - making it 40% tip. Just be aware of that.

The service here is great and the employees are even better. They were so friendly and nice and the moment I got there and that something I always like to see. The food here was amazing especially the chicken Alfredo and the rainbow sliders. Don't even get me started about the shakes. They were out of this world especially the strawberry and the cookies monster one.

We made reservations via Open Table. We were seated with no wait time. Food to our table was quick. We enjoyed the food. Large portions. We wanted to try dessert but was stuffed. Overall good time with the family.

Way too crowded for this time of covid, there isn’t much social distancing, at least not on the main floor where we sat. Food was delicious, my party of 4 loved everything!!! And the smoky drinks were a hit. Our waiter was awesome!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and taken care of. We got a table right away. We had set up reservations via open table. Dinner was fantastic. The chicken was out of this world. The drinks amazing and fun to watch. We got to see the huge ice cream bowl they have come out for a party of kids. It was amazing.

Place is good to have a dinner birthday with someone. Staff is very friendly and most of the food was good. At times I found the food very good but sometimes with a bit too much salt on some items however my friends loved the food . They have some unique items on the menu including fun drinks for kids and colorful and tasty sliders. They went all out for a 7 year olds bday that I was celebrating including adding gummi bear sharks to his drink and turning off the main lighting and lighting up the area all red while singing Happy Birthday to him. I thought it was a unique and nice touch that added that extra specialness to his bday.

Elvis went above and beyond to turn around a what could have ended as a disappointment into a once in a lifetime sweet sixteen birthday experience. His genuine desire for a positive experience for his patrons shines through and he is an asset to the establishment. We would highly recommend the Sugar Factory ice cream/desserts, especially for a birthday celebration, as the staff creates an exciting event that truly makes the experience memorable and fun. The decor also makes a beautiful backdrop to capture treasured moments. This was a night we will always remember and we look forward to returning again soon.

Utterly awful. Food was poor and arrived 20 mins apart which is ridiculous when 2 people are eating. I had finished before my son’s food arrived. Coffee was tepid at best and no refill offered. Cold inside due to the broken window. To make matters worse they automatically add a 20% service charge which I assume lets them provide such atrocious service. Avoid is my recommendation. Had to give 1 star when zero stars is more appropriate

I went yesterday for my kids birthday. We ordered the hot Cheetos burger and the breakfasts burger. Our food came out in about 15-20mins. That’s not a good sign to me because to me that means the food is not cooked fresh. The food had literally no seasoning! Nothing. How do you have a hot Cheetos burger and it had no spice at all. And I’m not saying that the spice Wasn’t strong I’m saying there was literally no spice in it. The burger wasn’t even seasoned. And my breakfast burger also absolutely no seasoning. We also had one of those drinks with the dry ice. I can say that was the only good thing. It really is a let down. We left with only taking about 3 bites off our food. $93 dollars down the drain

Came here to celebrate my sons birthday. The appearance of the restaurant looks nothing like the pictures. The white walls were dirty and dusty I was turned off immediately. The complimentary water given is tap water. The actual drinks ordered were ok; rainbow sliders were good. Me and my husband ordered the chicken and waffles as our main meal and I was disappointed. The chicken was dry//hard the waffles were warm as if it was sitting out for a while and the syrup looked dry; it had a film layer. I barely ate my meal. Not worth the price.

My husband and I went to Sugar Factory located at Resorts World Casino for date night and I can’t say enough about how great our experience was! We opted to dine out the evening before Hurricane Henri arrived in the northeast and it was so worth it! There is a direct entrance to the restaurant so you don’t have to walk through the casino. Inside Sugar Factory, the ambience is everything! Flower walls and cute neon signs for picture opps, great music and of course, amazing food make it 5-star quality! It’s great for celebrating anniversaries and birthdays as well. Family friendly. The staff was amazing because they were so receptive. The manager Charleston runs an efficient, clean and fun restaurant. He was very attentive to all of his guests needs and was super friendly. Onto the famous goblets: The drinks are massive if you order the goblet and they come decorated with different candies. Good luck finishing your drinks! :) conveniently, the sugar factory candy store is next door if you still need to satisfy your sweet tooth after your meal. You’re literally like a kid in a candy store😊😊😊 can’t wait to visit again soon!

I visited this place a few weeks ago and it was good. This is a family oriented setting where you will be comfortable. The only down side is, it MAY BE expensive to some as in $20 plus for burger and fries without any drinks; so your looking at $40 with drinks depending on what you get. Overall this is a good place to come enjoy yourself with family and friends.

My friend and I decided to come to the sugar factory for my bday celebration on a Monday afternoon…there wasn’t too many people here so we sat at the bar. Our bartenders name was Moctar. He is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! He is our bartender and server, helping us and everyone else being seated. He has a great understanding of the menu and informed us of the best food and drinks to get that matches our palate. I would definitely recommend coming here. The service is phenomenal and the food drinks and dessert is out of this world. Also if you are celebrating a birthday, they definitely make it special.

Food was really good, and the desserts were great! Not even as sweet as you would expect, given the name is sugar factory! Lol I loved it, the kids loved it! A little pricey, but was expected!

This place its alright. Not too bad. What makes it a 4 star is the drinks. The food was like a 3.5 and the service was actually good to me. Amanda took care of us and she gave us a good experience. I wish i can post videos to show what i had to eat.

Food was great, however service could have been better, waiters never came and checked if we needed anything. Also not to mention, on the reservation we had listed that it was someone in my party’s birthday and while we were there we mentioned it multiple times: however, we watched as extravagant candles were brought to tables and they were sung happy birthday but none came to ours. Overall frustrated with the experience.

This place is an absolute blast! Was sad to see their location in Chelsea go, but this location brings it. Food is good, drinks are beyond amazing, and the high energy of the ambiance makes for a truly great experience. If you are looking for an upbeat; party like atmosphere, check this place out. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a great time at the Sugar Factory! You’re wished a happy birthday by almost every staff member and the atmosphere is a lively one. The goblet drinks are all available as both alcohol and non-alcohol drinks. I ordered the waffle burger which was tasty and juicy. I also had left overs in the end! If you’re coming to the sugar factory, be prepared to spend big bucks as well!

This place is delicious! Good food, uniquely presented inside a interesting building. Their drink selection is huge! They do alot of fun, weird, and sweet alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks! They are very large so they are pricey. It was pretty busy when we went so food took a while.
