I was here today to get a Covid test and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the experience was. All three of the people I came in contact with – the line manager, the intake person and the swab technician – were both nice, professional and efficient. There wasn't much of a line actually, so the whole thing took less than 15 minutes. I'll get my test results by email tomorrow. I'm fully vaccinated, so maybe it's just a bad cold I've developed? :-|

Worst hospital, don't even bother. NYC has to look over this hospital and management and either close it or have it taken over. Went to get blood test done which show on MyChart Portal only to be told there's no appointment that day. They then say oh we can take the blood test but you'll have to pay....really absurd. If you have an appointment here change immediately even if it's close to you. Go somewhere else don't risk your health with this rundown poor facility. Our taxes are also being used here where it's need to stop. Folks avoid this hospital at all costs.

This a clinic, it is not a hospital tare are very uncart. My primary doctor never response to my messages on the MyChart app. This app is a joke. The workers at the desk never pick up the phones. I once called 6 times to speak to the nurse,no one ever picked up. I just got hurt I fell down the subway stairs. I went to the Behavioral health clinic for my appointment and told my therepist what had happened. She emailed my doctor right. She wouldn't see me before My appointment. My next is for September 2. My arm hurts and I can't lift it up. I went to the ER and they told me to contact my doctor. I gave two stars because the Behavioral health clinic is excellent.

Calling to make an appointment is the worse! No one picks up the phone. Only once I was able to speak to someone, was told I would get a call back to set up an appointment... never got the call. Calling there before 5PM and still no one would answer. I wish I never signed up to be in this clinic. Need to find another place to go or better yet, go to a private doctor.

The security guard a female. A lady was asking her to call 911 and the lady was in distress and she told the lady to do it herself. It was terrible. The lady had to find someone else to call for her. I thought she was gonna die. I started to call. I can't find anyone to inform like administration or the security guard boss. This is all I can do until I am able to walk back there. The gaurd had a screw face and everything so I thought maybe she knew smthn I didn't but someone else didn't hastate to call 911 leaving me in disbelief.

Horrible clinic to go to for help. Thier patients and guest relations are atrocious. Been there the last 3 times in 5 yrs and it just gets worse and worse!!! Today i waited 3 hrs to be spoken to (not even seen by my doctor, yet i was dismissed!) And the reason for the long wait was the receptionist didnt come out to the hall way to call us. They expect us to have bionic hearing and respond from behind a fire proof door!....my issue will definitely need legal advice which i will get tomorrow!!

My mom had an unpleasant experience with a doctor this morning - Dr Fakhrun Haque. Very unprofessional and my mom was told by her at the end of the visit that it’s best to change to another doctor because she was in the office with my mom for an hour (because my moms previous doctor recently retired). My mom has been a patient at this clinic 20+ years and it’s very unsettling that a doctor says statement like that. If she’s upset to be working on a Saturday or not passionate about her career choice, just say that.. but do not deny future services to a patient. Horrible doctor, I do not recommend.

I was sitting at home minding my business and got a call from NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham. They called me saying that I had left my bag there. So course I hurried there. When there I was told that a woman in the bathroom found it and gave it to security. The security had me check to make sure that everything was there, and it was. I'm completely, first of all dumbfounded to know that I had left something important like that. A I e .

My husband has had the worst experience with this location and its staff. He came in for an annual physical for bloodwork and a check up on his rotator cuff which has been causing him extreme pain. He was seen by Corinne Armand, FNP. Where her response to his shoulder pain was “if you don’t come to the doctors how do you expect to get better”. His blood work came back about a week after his appointment with some irregularities. He has reached out via phone, email, and portal for an update or to be spoken to by someone in the office on these irregularities and what next steps need to be taken. NOBODY from the office has bothered to respond to him in any way. Till this day we still haven’t heard from anyone in the office. Including the snarky Corinne Armand, FNP who made it seem as if the doctors would be the solution to all his problems. HORRIBLE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM.

Horrible!! They make you make an appt for the COVID vaccine then disregard the appt and make you stand in a line outside for hours. The appt is a formality/fake!! Dont go here unless you wear alot of clothes and are prepared to freeze outside. 😒 very disappointed

My past dentist is no longer there, ok. Appointment was 9/9/22. Told her having pain on left side thinking a cavity. First the person taking X-rays was like a bull in a china shop. Fussing but I can hear her, X-rays no clear enough, I’m not bitting down correctly. Doctor shows me the X-rays like I know what I’m looking at. Leave returns than diagnosing me with alopecia, short cut my own doing. Didn’t come there for that asking if I have been there before, not seeing my whole chart. Told her all work has been done there. Now she wants more X-rays, I just left couldn’t take it any longer. Pain still. WORST VISIT EVER!!!

East New York Peds Primary Care with Dr. T Punnapuzha Very unprofessional and disrespectful. For you to be a pediatric doctor and refuse to do lab work on a child that has abnormal lab results is insane then proceeded to tell me that I need to talk to her regular pediatric doctor so she can put in the orders because she will not do so. If my daughter has any kind of issues within her lab results to where she needs platelets because her blood cells are too low. I will sue this lady personally. Very unethical. I literally have video from start to finish of what she said and how she said it. I’m debating if I should put it on TikTok.

Piece of S^*^ service had to wait 2 months for an emergency root canal! And still haven’t been seen STAY TF AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I get that they are probably understaffed and underfunded but I have had the worst experience with my primary care provider here :( highly recommend going elsewhere. My primary care provider is super unresponsive and when I call the main call center they are unable to get in touch with her! It's the bare minimum and they can't do it.

2 hour wait!!! From 8:30 to 11 just fir covid test to travel. They lady who took my name and ID brindi was so nice for me and my family.

Both of my parents got vaccinated at this center and the process was seamless. The process was easy, efficient, and fast. The check in process went smoothly with a short wait time. The staff was helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this site to all of my friends and family. Thank you Gotham for providing such great care to my parents.

You have very uneducated people working here!! One is a black male I think his name is Michael not sure but he is a black man over weight and short. He tells a citizen lies about law. He CAN'T even recite the law he's talking about... Because there is NO such law!! Please please educate the employees!!!

I’ve been calling since last week to schedule a dentist appointment and no one picks up the phone. This is ridiculous, what’s the point of having a phone if no one ever picks up. That’s always been the issue with this place, no one ever picks up the phone not even the 24 hour assistants can get to them.

This is the worse place to see a doctor All stuff is unprofessional and very irresponsible I had appointments with doctor at 1:10 pm as I’m writing this review sitting in the waiting room it’s 3:52 pm still didn’t get called Very slow even though there is more doctors nurses stuff than patients !avoid this place if you can!

Covid-19 pcr test, I went here for my test and it's very organized, communited clearly, super helpful. They even advise on registering for an APP to get test results. I visited 5 locations for covid testing and this site has been the most organized, highly recommend. Great job.

The gentleman gathering information (Intake Personnel) requested SS#, which concerned me. I was NEVER asked for such before at other sites, only government ID, DOB, & address. So much scams/fraudulent activity in the world...I hope with all this free testing that personal data is actually being protected. Remained concerned... Line Manager was helpful and kept the two lines moving. She also kept disgruntled people calm.

im giving it a 3 because my brother who does goto gothem health and hospital has had this issues with the front desk worker they always ask him for id then tell him that they wont see him again if he doesnt show a id all the time he and his aid give them his medicaid card that has his picture on it with his name but they always tell him the same thing mind you his pcp is amazing we have no issues with her but with the front desk worker so a patient wont be able to see his doctor or get his life saving medicine if he doesnt have id that just doesnt make sense and it happens also with his dentist

Most disgusting place to pick up medication the workers are dead slow and act like you come to beg for your medication or it’s coming out of their pockets, 2 days ago I called for the medication and it’s still not ready.

Went on January 18 for Covid vaccination. A smooth, well-run operation. I interacted with 6 of the staff and they were all friendly, polite and professional. Well done!

Took my 3yrs old in as a EMERGENCY to see his Dr..Went straight from school with a temperature of 100.2..They had me & my sick baby sitting there for 3hrs.They need a better system for the kids..these are not adults.The Manger seems to not care about my son being sick.Never again I'm definitely switching Doctors.They just wicked & evil..If you wants to die go here..

My experience here was amazing! The wait was brief, the staff was extremely helpful and the process was seamless! It’s my first time visiting this location but it definitely won’t be my last. The convenience is huge!

I took my parents to Gotham Health for both of their covid vaccines. The service both times was exceptional. The facility set proper safety precautions in place which made my parents and I feel safe. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. I was delighted to how fast and smooth the whole process was.

I went to the pharmacy and it's always a breeze as the most customers I've seen in the unit is two. So no long waiting.

The staff inside are just rude! The woman at front yells at people and speaks to them as if they are beneath her. I stood on a line for over an hour and when I got to the front I found out I was on the wrong line!!!!!! and was sent away to a different location 40 minutes out!!!!!

Got vaccinated here. Process was simple, it was raining so they got us inside quickly. Fill out one form, wait a couple minutes for a spot to open up. You have to wait for 15 minutes after the shot. People are very sweet and really to the point.

Getting appointment at any of these health centers is almost impossible. They don't have staff to answer the phones and this is the only way to make an appointment. If you do manage to get through the appointment would be months away and getting a call to remind you about the appointment might not happen. The wait time if you have an emergency would take you an entire day to be seen for two minutes. This place need to do better we deserve and desire more from our health centers. The only reason why they got a second star 🌟 is because the staff that they do have is very nice and pleasant.

Im from NY and We cant call for help for our children we cant fight back for ourselves and children or else its our mental health for children and mothers and this has too stop. We dont have to take abuse and get mental ill its not ok. Just stop ok. Now my baby has to go back and we cant say anything or else. Someone do smthn ok to get that to stop. Its not just me. The officers keep arresting me evrytime my baby go to er and not the other parties involved. One lady chased me and havent stopped texting me since. They come to my home they threaten me everything no one does anything. I filed many of reports on the gang who abusing my baby. They dont rwad me my rights then they sit for an hour on phone before arrest. Are they even documenting in court. Its only me with them people the abusers this has to stop. We keep trying to tell someone.
