We had to wait over an hour for our pizza which was of inferior quality to nearby establishments. We went there for the convenience of the location but it turned out to be a poor choice as the wait was horrendous as well as the quality of the actual food. It would have been faster and more convenient to go to a further establishment as we would have gotten our food earlier and it would have been a better taste.

I've eaten pizza here for 20 years, and it's always better than I remember it. Pretty quick service unless it's the Jewish holiday season and the kids are off from school. Opened on Saturday night an hour after sunset. Don't miss out on some great pizza in thr crown heights area. Cash and credit accepted. Bathrooms are available to customers.

Possibly the worst and most horrible dining experience I’ve had in my life. Extremely loud customers, bad lighting, rude and disorganized staff ( the guy in the back was extremely rude and needs to learn how to speak to customers politely), outdated prices that are displayed above the cash. This place is a hot mess, dirty and doesn’t look like it has been cleaned since the 90s. These are all the things we observed during our 40 minute wait for ONE slice of pizza for a very hungry toddler that in the end she didn’t touch because she ate a tuna melt while waiting. Worst was that people who came in and ordered after us were served before us. The people at the table next to us ordered right after us, they finished eating while we were still waiting for our food. Never again. Never Ever Again!!! Ironically, one of the best pizzas we ever had is two blocks down and better priced too.

Grew up on this pizza, and always loved coming back, and bringing friends from different places to eat here. Unfortunately, they recently stopped having fresh pizza for dine-in customers though, only for people online who order a pie. The people working there don’t seem to value real people in front of their face, and have only been displaying and offering old or stale looking slices. Not only is it disrespectful and unappetizing, but I feel a part of kosher is eating fresh food that gives us the proper energy for our work in the world.

The restaurant felt very dirty with faded menus (which are out of date) on the wall looking like they were about to fall down. The Pizza was nice and cheap but we found a fly in our Israeli salad. The staff did offer to replace it but the whole episode really put us off our meal. We wouldn't go back.

Fries are OK. The gf pizza tastes ok. The cheese slid off right away and way to much sauce.

Dated looks; cutting edge pricing. You're gonna pay to play, but it's an ok, no frills pizza. And they are open late (seasonal). I didn't care much for anything else on the menu, other than the fries. Side note: They have pizzas "on backup" (baked, boxed and ready to go) on top of the oven. This certainly helps their online delivery service and cuts wait times in half. But if you want that freshly baked pie, you're gonna have to wait, or you won't get it altogether. When I ordered a pie and asked for a fresh one, the server handed me a "backup" one and said, take it or leave it. Sorry. That's a no-no. Cashiers keep changing, so your experience will vary based on who's there at the time. I keep going back because it's not a bad pizza, and it's local, and sometimes it does hit the spot. I'd give this place a full five stars if they can justify their prices with a clean and presentable atmosphere, and better service.

Terrible customer service, they are only in business because they are basically the only kosher option. They don't deliver all your order, when you try calling in, they dont answer the phone. If by accident they do answer, they will then put you on hold until you give up.

Bro. This is the GOAT Pizza place in CH. Been eating here since I was a kid. The pizza has got to be the best Kosher pizza I've ever tasted. Dip it in Ketchup, and you've got pristine condition paradise. Yes, it's true, service sux, but you just get used to how things roll around there. Fight for your life (and ur pizza) and you should be good

Women at the register was very rude to my father and I. We asked the staff to take our order and noone would respond. Then the person at the register said to us it is not our problem if you are waiting around and noone takes your order. Keep in mind noone else was in the store. She had the audacity to also call us rude when she kept us waiting and was just pretending like we were not there she wasnt doing anything she could have said i can take your order

Probably the best plain kosher pizza store in the area. This place has been a staple for Crown Heights residents for over 30 years. Depending on the time of day and time of year, table space can be a bit of a struggle. I recommend either choosing the takeout or delivery option.

Pizza is delicious but customer service is horrible. Ordered over phone and the cashier was impatient and rude. Hung up on me very abruptly and rudely… I love Kingston pizza but the service… and maybe the place should do renovations. It’s dirty and gross

They have really upped their game in these last few years. Food is consistent and is really decent. Good online site to order from. They are busy so although under pressure their phone service for orders is pretty good and their prices are fair. Fast delivery.

Crazy pizza store, get a seat first then order. Recommended for a kids pizza parlour

There was very little tomato sauce on the pizza. The cheese tasted low quality. With lots of garlic/pepper/oregano, it wasn’t *bad*. If this were a non-kosher place I’d have given it 2 stars, but it’s a kosher place: it’s about what I expected (it reminded me of the pizza I used to get growing up). As others have mentioned, the tables are not regularly cleaned.

Food is good, but service isn’t. For some reason the online ordering system just stops working at 6pm and says no longer taking orders, and then nobody answers the phone for 20 minutes.

Best kosher pizza in NYC in my opinion. The experience is like an old style classic pizza place, nothing fancy they have plain wooden booth seats, etc. 10/10 delicious pizza, can't recommend it enough.

I ordered a pizza for 5:30 and it came at 6:40. Naturally it arrived stone cold. The excuse that “we had a lot of deliveries” isn’t a great one. This isn’t a new problem. And it’s not the fault of the hard-working delivery people either. It’s the management. Either increase capacity or don’t promise what you know you can’t deliver!

Obviously the best tasting pizza in crown heights, but recently the prices have just gone up. Pizza used to be a quick cheap meal you could depend on, but now it's not. $3.75 a slice!? I remember it used to be $2. The service is okay, depends on the day or how busy they are. Service over the phone or website tends to be consistently bad. Good location, not that much sitting room.

Overall very good. Great pizza. We came minutes To closing and they still took our order and let us eat it there. Only thing is the cleanliness isn't too great.

Terrible service!!! This business is garbage at best. 2 times I ordered on Saturday night for a big crowd and spent a lot of money. Both times my order never printed in the store and I had to go in after 3 hours to get them to find the lost order. Last night I called 12 times all which went unanswered. Last time this happened they stated there’s something wrong with the phones and they will fix it. They did not. So last night I sent a friend 3 hrs later and they found the lost order. They did not have a delivery person anymore so they found 2 teenage girls to bring it which is insane. They offered me free French fries! I rejected the offer and asked for a full refund. They ended up sending me an extra pie I didn’t need. I called back today to work it out and told them they can have their pie back since it wasn’t touched. They did not want to hear it and hung up on me. I’m sick of their poor service and definitely going elsewhere.
