I waited for about 3 hrs. Then I was put in the room. Medical assistant came and started to ask questions. The door was opened. She saw another patient. Patient told her she's there for another doctor. Medical assistant then left without telling me anything. She told the patient " let me show you where to go". She knew the patient. Another wait for me. The doctor came later and asked me for a referral. My insurance doesn't require referral. The pills she gave me didn't help and lended me in the ER. When I tried to call the doctor, I was put on hold, then transferred somewhere where no one picked up. It happened 3 times. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there. Not to see a neurologist anyway. The staff is rude also.

unprofessional staff, the doctor is good but their secretaries are rude and don't pick up the phone. went there for a vein removal procedure and tried to make a second appointment but had no luck. They need to get more professional people working there.

My first time visiting this clinic and I was very pleased. I had two appointments with different doctors and both were amazing and very helpful.The visit was quicker then I expected and all doctors and employees were very nice I will definitely make this my new clinic. Dr. Medvedovsky was great.

The quality of care of you get is incredible. I’m glad I made the switch to these doctors. I’ve been able to get to see an OB-gyn, podiatrist, and regular doctor all in one day because of the variety of people that are all in this facility. Be mindful that there will be wait times, but the quality of care makes it worth it. The doctors listen to their patients, and make sure they provide the best possible care in the process.

I liked how they treated me and all the staff were very professional and friendly and answered all my questions. The girl on Facebook was very kind and friendly and was attentive and called us to remember the appointment with the podiatrist

I’ve being coming to this location for four years now and I’m glad I found it. Doctors and other medical staff are always ready to listen to my concerns and to find a solution. Especially Miriam, from the OBGYN section… she’s attentive and caring. Every time I have an appointment or a procedure her presence is so nurturing, it makes me feel comfortable and without fear. Plus, she always explains all indications and medical exams perfectly. I just wish that the waiting times were a little bit improved but other than that keep up the amazing work everyone, it’s truly appreciated!

Disgusting service, you make an appointment at a certain time and you will have to wait 5 hours for your turn. The staff is horrible and unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE. There are a billion way better doctors out there.

Honestly I definitely recommend this place, they are really efficient and quick. They provide all the necessary help and actually take care of you unlike most places that keep you on a loop or never find anything wrong with you. Very short wait time as well is a PLUS💪🏽 Parking issues a bit but just get here on time and you’ll find one. Other than Best clinic I’ve ever being to”

I came to this place for the 1st time recommended from a friend. My appointment was to see the feet specialist. The front desk, the assistants and the Doctor are great, bilingual and very knowledgeable. Specially Laura was in touch with me, make me feel very comfortable. Definitely, I recommend this place.

The service is horrible, I don't recommend it, they make you wait up to 3 hours just to see the neurologist and be able to collect some tests and I had an appointment for 2 in the afternoon and it's already 5 pm and they still haven't delivered to me

The drs are very professional and help you with any health condition. But the waiting time is too long. They make you wait for 3 or even 4 hrs. When they schedule your appointment they give you at a specific time but they also give to many other people at same time. This receptionist give you appointment no matter if they are already full booked they just want a bunch of people to come and pay. The clinic director should pay attention in the way they are running the business. We the pacients deserve respect, our time is priceless. My appointment with the urologist was at 10:30 I came on time, is already 1:44pm and they didn’t call me. This is insane. Patien who was schedule at 10am still waiting as well. Please don’t came to this clinic if you don’t have at least 4 hrs to waste waiting

I recommend using the Facebook application to make an appointment with el Jardín de la salud and so it is very easy and practical

I love visiting this place especially because of Miriam, she treats you with great care and respect, she makes your visit to the doctor not as stressful as it usually is.

The doctors, especially the OBGYN, are wonderfully kind and helpful. The staff is also very attentive and helpful. In contrast to most establishments that keep you on a loop or never detect anything wrong with you, they provide you all the assistance you need and truly take care of you. The best clinic I've ever visited.

They had to give me the results by phone on November 6, they never called me The times I went alone, they checked my blood pressure and how much I weighed, then they told me to go to a doctor so they could take away the pain. I have never suffered from pain. Very bad service. I will never set foot in that clinic again. I do not recommend it.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a clinic. The young lady at reception with the glasses was incredibly rude, she had a terrible attitude when I asked her a simple question which was super disappointing. The wait was really long even though I was on time to my appointment. Whenever I did go inside to see the doctor I couldn’t help but notice the condition of the room. Everything was so unorganized, made me uncomfortable receiving care there seeing how dirty it all looked. To top it all off they kept pressuring me to leave a 5 star review on Google even after I brought it to their attention how I didn’t like the service they provided. They must be offering something to these people that are leaving 5 star reviews. Also one of these reviews I see on here was left by someone who works in the Facebook team of the office, I find that very misleading and biased.

Best services. My mom was treated well and with respect. Friendly services. Also pretty quick to get people in and out. I did notice some patients would come in expected to be seen quick and on top of that had nasty attitude. Feel sorry for the staff that has to deal with that everyday. We were Pretty content and will be coming back!
