I’ve been coming here for years, way back since the owner was a nice family man. Management is way different now and you can tell because service is different. My favorite drink is the Oreo Wow. If you look at the posters/pictures of the drink, you see the bubbles, the Oreo, and BROWN SUGAR. The last few years the employees have not been putting any brown sugar syrup. In fact, they have the audacity to say it will be an extra charge. I look at my drink and I look at the picture and my drink barely has any brown sugar. Can you guys actually drizzle the brown sugar around the cup instead of just putting a drop??

Went here for years. A Today i asked for a less sugar tea drink. The drink was incredibly sweet. When I asked kindly to fix the issue. Normally any other place would just make another adding less syrup. They said they could not help me. Simply will not be coming back here.

I don't normally order bubble tea so some of the flavors are unfamiliar to me. They were out of stock on a lot of drinks. I tried to explain to the lady what I wanted but kept getting random recommendations that did not match my explanation. I felt rushed and pressured to order and was laughed at because I asked what a couple flavors were. I ended up going down the block to another place which had exactly what I wanted and they were patient and helped me choose a refreshing drink

I specifically asked the lady three times if the tea would be dairy free bc I’m ALLERGIC to dairy. Not lactose intolerant but ALLERGIC to ALL dairy! And she said yes all three times that it would be dairy free and it WASNT !!!! Now I’m having a severe reaction & my face is swollen. THERES A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LACTOSE FREE MILK VS DAIRY FREE!!!! I’m never coming here again

Good tasting teas but the straws are small to suck up the mango jelly. I had the peach oolong tea with mango jelly. It was really good just the straw made me unhappy. Hope they change it or have different straw options.

Super annoying for a chain to have credit card minimums. They also have the minimum right above their smaller drink, so that you have to get a large or 2 drinks. Or you can pay like 30 cents extra to use the card. If this was a small deli, I get it to have a minimum but this is a chain, there are some street vendors who sell random stuff on the folding tables who take credit card so it's just weird for a place like this to have this

Had good service, was pretty quick turnover for my order of milk green tea. Probably has some of the best tapioca balls that I've had at a bubble tea place.

I love this place, the drinks are really refreshing and low in sugar. Now if you want a little sugar there is also chocolate and another flavor. I share the menu 👌❤️

The drinks are what you expect from your average Boba place but I had to wait 30 minutes for my order and had 5 people who ordered after me get their order before me pretty bad service no apology or anything

I’m always ordering without ice in any other kung fu tea places. This one second time failed to do the order despite options in the app. Why do you open franchise if every store does whatever they want. They said to my face they can’t make it without ice.

Very cute and intimate spot. It doesn’t look like a dine-in spot but their drinks are amazing. I ordered the coffee wow milk cap which was pretty good!

Nice, cozy, hot tea selection for when the Fall weather hits you, and you want something warm and comforting. The space is clean, the drink was well made, and the staff are pretty chill. Cool that they open later than the nearby bakeries so that you can still grab your boba fix!

I drink a lot of Bubble milk tea and this is by far the best tasting i've had in Brooklyn. The tapioca itself is a great texture and has so much flavor compared to other places that hardly have any taste. I get the taro green milk tea and it's the perfect flavor, at 25% sweet it is just enough. Cheap prices and generous portions, 100% reccomend.

A friend of mine showed me this place and I loved it. The service was good and the employee was respectful. I'm coming back here again with my friends in a few days.

One of my favorite bubble tea places! I love their dairy free options. I wish they sold reusable boba cups and straws so I could feel better able all the plastic waste each cup generates

My drink is never filled to the top and if you turn the drink around, it's below the fill line. Too much froth on the top. The previous owner used to skim the froth and add more tea to the top. I rather go to another bubble store where my drink is filled to the top. Btw, the people in the front are so nasty and rude. The lady said the froth is part of the drink. Sad!

They play the up-sell game. They told me I was a dollar short to use credit card. Supposedly minimum is $8 (the most random) and my order was just over $7. They offered to charge credit card fee to meet the minimum. The worst part was that my drink was simply boiled/ steamed milk. There was no flavor and the only flavor was of steamed milk. Ridiculous. I didn’t ask for a cup of steamed milk.
