If you're looking for a sprawling, multi-floor Korean day spa experience with a lot of different things to explore like Sojo or King Spa, this is NOT that. This place is very small: there are two hot dry saunas, one hot steam sauna, one jacuzzi, and one cold plunge pool (this was out of order when I went)...and that's it! Their lounge area is part dining hall, part dimly lit lounge seating with a few oversized sofa chairs. All that said, if you just want a nice half day to relax, this is a great option! Their summer deal: 1 Daily Pass and get 1 for only 50% Off makes it well worth it. My partner and I came here for only ~$85 for both of us on a Thursday when the place was virtually empty for much of the day. The Thai food is excellent and the portions are generous. The coffee is abysmal. The wifi is pretty consistent but slow. Overall, the place is very clean and chill. The staff are not super uptight about rules rules rules, which is a nice change from some of the Korean places.

Intimate , cozy and beautiful place, peaceful and relaxing. Great distribution of sauna’s, jacuzzi and dinning areas. I love the whole room design and music selection. This was my first time but I definitely want to revisit and try the massages. Was invited to joined my friend 50th birthday celebration. Upon arrival our host Nakia greeted us with robes and bath towels, she then escorted us to our designated area where we was greeted with champagne and gifts, she was awesome and knowledgeable, she definitely made sure we had a blast, and kept us on schedule. Lunch was amazing, my favorite was the fried dumplings! I definitely enjoyed the drinks. Shout out to the bartender!!! Overall I will tell you I felt so amazing after the spa treatments! I There is no comparison after my mud bath (my esthetician was Ashanti )I recommend her to everyone. The reason for the 4 star was the bathroom I choose to rinse off was broken. Not sure if maintenance was aware! All in all a wonderful experience!

Pros:The services were excellent! The staff was A1, 10 out of 10! The cocktails were tasty. Cons: It was dark af in there. The jacuzzi was small. That thai food was mid. I'd go back. Great time had.

This spa has a great atmosphere. It is clean, with soothing music, and a wide selection of drinks and food. There are different areas to relax in the hot tub, sauna, and cabanas.

I went to Body By Brooklyn on 1/8/23 and it left a lot to be desired. therapists:10/10 both therapists I had were great facility: 7/10 could be much cleaner cleanliness: 5/10 I would not go back! Services I received: 80 min aromatherapy massage 80 chocolate body wrap My therapists were both very kind, respectful and their hands were magical. They both made me feel very comfortable. I had both a male and female therapist. Upon entering the changing area there were used cups on the counter, other garbage, and stains also on the counter. The black rug in the changing area needed to be vacuumed as it had a bunch of dirt. The jacuzzi was very cloudy and not clear. Entering a cloudy jacuzzi is ill advised. For a spa I would expect it to be kept in tip top shape with a cleaning crew frequently checking the areas. It did not allow me to be as relaxed as I should be at a spa. There was at least on locker which had a loose lock that seemed as if it would not securely hold your items. My locker along with others would not open so we needed an employee with a master key to open it. I did not have to provide any kind of proof that, that was in fact my correct locker and no one elses. Needless to say the lack of cleanliness unfortunately did not allow me to feel as comfortable as I should have been at a spa. Especially for the money that I spent. I am very dissatisfied with the facility. But, once again I would like to say that the therapists were amazing and good at what they do.

I celebrated my 48th Birthday at Body of Brooklyn. The lounge, Cabana, food, massage, facial, wet lounge, customer service was amazing. I had such an amazing time celebrating my birthday. Thank so much Body By Brooklyn for making my birthday a success.

This was my first experience at this spa and it was horrible! The place is dirty and appears run down. The cleaner was barely cleaning, while pushing a shopping cart as a supply cart. That same night, I noticed a fungal rash on my abdomen, which was not there before visiting this spa. I am a medical professional and know a fungal rash when I see one. This experience was absolutely horrible and disgusting. I would not recommend anyone to this place. To make matters worse the lady that checked me out was rolling her eyes at a customer because she asked to review her receipt, uncalled for. She later made it appear as if I had to tip. I came in for a service and it was provided, tipping is an option not a requirement. For the cost of this place compared to the atmosphere and service…you can definitely get better somewhere else. Never again!!!

55$ per person If you come couple 50% off per person. Nice kitchen . price around 20$ per meal Bar 10-20$ for wine and shoots they have no beer. Overall small place , but if not busy that’s good you can feel completely comfortable

I love this place! Definitely made my top favorite spot to relax in brooklyn. I got the body stretch massage and it was amazing, i feel rejuvenated! I love the lady I had her name is Anchalee. She has gifted hands. Definitely recommend and i’m coming back here

I booked a 90 minutes massage and a 60 minutes facial. How disappointing. Although the person was nice, her message skills was horrible. I felt worse at the end of the massage than I did before it started. The facial was half done. There was a face cloth covering the top half of my face during the entire facial. I had half a facial. I didn't get to explore the whole facility.

Professional, courteous, and friendly staff. Chantel was my masseuse. She paid particular attention to the knots in my shoulders and neck. She was great. I had the chicken wings and rice for lunch. Had enough to take home. Facilities were very clean. My only complaint was that the lounge seating in the wet room is too low for people of a certain age and that they didn't have a robe to fit me, so I brought my own. I can live with both of these issues and I will return.

This place is worth the visit. Friendly staff with experienced massage therapists. Cleanliness is top tier. Went on a Saturday, and the time of the day was perfect. They schedule each client carefully to avoid overcrowding. You’ll love the lounge. Comfortable chairs with dim lighting and a quiet atmosphere. Perfect place to bring a partner for a date night or even an anniversary. Definitely 5 stars.

Loved our time at Body by Brooklyn. Our chocolate massages were amazing! There were some hiccups with the timing of things, but they more than made up for it with stellar service! The VIP suite was the cherry on top! Can't wait to come back when I'm in town again.

Wow this was an experience! 10/10, would recommend! This was the most relaxing evening I’ve had in the longest while. I got the couples massage while there, and opted for the deep tissue massage. And I was confused why my masseuse, Elvin told me to sit up slowly when he was done. But after doing so I understood why, my body felt like jello. My partner and I left our massages completely satisfied. The wet spa area was very private and intimate and just what was needed after our massage to recoup and finish off our spa day. Will be back very soon for more.

I had such an amazing experience! Booked this place for my best friend’s birthday and had no regrets. Chris the event planner was so helpful and patient in answering all of my questions,the staff was very attentive always asking if we needed anything. I worked out the day before so my upper body was tense and sore. My body felt 10x better afterwards!! The saunas were perfect, the steam room was bit too hot to handle, the hot tub was great and the drinks were amazing as well. Locker room was beautiful and I enjoyed every minute of my time there. Definetly a returning customer!

Amazing is an understatement! This place is top tier! The food, the drinks, the ambiance is everything. Excellence is definitely a standard! Chris and Justin were phenomenal! The massages were tension targeted! Definitely done by certified therapist!

I had a really great time. It being pretty empty was a huge part. The decor really helped me relax. My massage was great and the other amenities were very nice. Plus it was affordable. I’m going again.

I’ve been here a few times middle of the week (day pass); really nice spot never overcrowded. I do about 3-4 cycles of the jacuzzi, steam room, and both saunas in ~90 mins. There’s also a cold plunge if you’re into that (I’m not 🥶).

It is one of the few all-inclusive spa experiences in NYC. They offer massages, sauna, hot tub, and a cold tub. They even have a Thai food menu on site. The food is actually pretty good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The VIP room is also great. It offers a jacuzzi, steam room, shower, bathroom, t.v., and champagne.

Very good service, the massage was excellent and I just felt so relaxed the entire day. The drinks and food were so good so that was an added plus. I definitely will be there again.

I had a great time visiting this place with my friends. I started with a nice deep tissue massage, then relaxed at the hot rub, steam room and saunas after. The massage was pretty good, and the price was also great. The massage included access to the facilities. This is where I think it might fall a bit short. While the hot tub and steam/saunas where great, the place is a bit small. We went early and thankfully there wasn't much people so it was ok. I just wish the hot tub was either bigger or that they had another one. Other than that, the place was great. Food was nothing special, but still pretty good, and the bartender/server was also nice and helpful. I will definitely be going again soon!

It was good just wish they could of given me more of a deep tissue massage. Places very peaceful clean and tranquil. I don't like that you have to provide a covid-19 test before you won't go in though.

The host staff, particularly Tonino, were incredibly warm and welcoming; the therapists were skilled, professional, and comforting; and the facilities were clean, inviting, and comfortable. Overall, Body By Brooklyn more than delivers on its promises of relaxation, rejuvenation, and service.

This place is a hidden gem. I love the setup and really enjoyed my experience. The recommended spicy chicken was delicious. My masseuse Gloria was great. She loves what she does and makes sure her clients feel comfortable❤️❤️Definitely would return for service/experience.

On August 20, Body by Brooklyn hosted a spa party for me. My party was organized with Chris, the event planner. When answering all of my concerns, she was exceedingly knowledgeable ,attentive, helpful, and patient. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome as my guest and I entered the establishment. Along with the establishment being clean, the atmosphere was lovely and serene. Excellent food, mocktails, and cocktails were served . The personnel was courteous to both me and my guest. I can't wait to return; it was an incredible experience.

The customer service was splendid! The folks at the front desk are welcoming and professional. I'm a big fan of how beautifully decorated their lobby is. Another plus was how super clean their bathrooms, pool areas, and sauna’s are. 100% recommend Body By Brooklyn!

My sister treated me to a Spa Day for my birthday 🎂 and it was wonderful! I had a Swedish deep tissue massage that everyone should have once in their lifetime!! Steam rooms ,Jacuzzi and Champagne 🍾 lunch made the experience unforgettable!!

I went there on a Friday afternoon with my mother and aunt for my my mother’s birthday. I have no issue with paying premium price, however the facility should also be offering premium service. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The changing room could use a clean, in addition the lockers, many of which are broken. The representative at the front desk was lackluster, at best. She barely lifted her head when speaking to us and seemed disinterested in general. We were not walked over to the waiting room after changing and instead got lost looking for the waiting area. Our massages were all excellent and the most redeeming thing about this facility. Luckily the facility was empty and we could enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi alone. After changing, we had to wait to check out and no one even asked if we were pleased with your services. Prior to suggesting a tip, which of course was left, the front desk agent should have ensured we were happy with our experience. He did not. I asked how he would like me to deliver my feedback on my experience and he simply stated to leave a review on yelp, instead of asking me himself. So here we are…..

Went this past Friday definitely will go back we had our girls trip there. Our sales rep Shawn was AWESOME, our Host Maria FABULOUS. All around the staff was great my body polish treatment was given by Nadine 100% excellent. From the saunas, the lounges, the treatments, food and drinks a day of relaxation in BK Great Day Getaway from hustle and bustle. Would definitely go back.

I fairly recently moved into the area and this place has been a heaven send. I've only been to cozier sized spa's and this one does not disappoint. I've had several massages here (5 stars), eaten several meals (scrumptious), drinks ("henny"thing is possible is my go to) and each and every time has not been a disappointment. The Dry Lounge is so relaxing and comfy.

Not worth the price I booked this place for Valentine’s Day with my hubby thought it would be relaxing and nice I asked for 2 female therapists and got 1 female 1 male in the room I heard kids so not relaxing I was told I would get champagne and chocolate and when I questioned it they just gave me champagne the wet room just smelled like a lot of chlorine which I understand you have to put it in the water but it was too much my husband ended up having a major headache and for some reason stomachache when we were leaving I was asked how I want to tip my service I’m sorry what? If the service was great I would have tipped up front but don’t ask customers to tip for service tips are an option always have been so not only the service is crazy expensive but you want us to tip and I would understand if the service was outstanding not when the service isn’t that good we were simply disappointed

Body by Brooklyn hosted a fabulous event for myself and 10 of my guest for my best friend’s birthday. The event coordinator Shawn was so awesome, he made sure everything was prepared before we arrived. Our host for the day Marie was so kind and made our experience wonderful. I give it a five star because the services was great, the food was good, and it was just an amazing and relaxing environment.

My daughter and I had the best experience the ambiance is beautiful the food and drinks were very good. The massages were so relaxing we felt all the tension leave our body. Carolyn you did that I feel amazing 🤩. I would recommend this place it's so worth the experience. We will return again very soon.
