We ordered a double smash burger, fries, cola and six chicken pieces, which came to just under 30 bucks. The burger and fries were excellent, but the chicken pieces were pretty small, although they were tasty. Gregg our server was super friendly and the restaurant is bustling.

Good shake stack (mushroom & patty) burger, with good balance of veges & meat, whereas the double smoke stack was too meaty, salty & messy to eat. I would strongly recommend the shake stack!

The burgers and fries are fine, the shakes are good. I mean its a yummy salty hamburger that does the job! What I am applauding is management and service. The management (If she wasnt, she should be) lady that day was amazing, she knows how to maintain her Shake Shack. Workers are moving and busy, but smiling and enjoying themselves. The place is mega clean and for the location, that is amazing. The management lady herself was also walking around greeting guests and making people smile. She was cleaning and helping out a lot, not just standing there and yelling orders, she was actually working with her staff. Homeless man comes in and she quickly takes care of it and gently shows him out and ensures everyone is and not bothered while eatimg, amazing lady! 5-stars mainly for her and her staff. Amazing I sat just after rush hour and she and her staff cleaned up the place so fast! I wish everyone was like her, but as she replied, "Then I wouldn't be me!", that was a good answer, she truly is unique and special!

Good place to get a burger and fries - some good options for vegetarians. We got the veggie burger and the mushroom burger. Both were tasty and pretty good! Large amount of seating inside, so a good place for a big group. Service was great and was pretty fast.

Finally satisfied my cravings for the Shackburger. They’re delicious, not dry either, their sauce is good. Tried the Chocolate Peppermint Shake- not too crazy about it. I usually get the Chocolate Oreo- they’re good!! The place is huge with lots of seatings. It is clean and very close to Port Authority. Service was good, instead of standing around waiting for your food, you put your order in and pay; then they give you a number and take it to whatever table you’ve chosen. Always gets crowded there coz food is good and reasonably priced.

If you are into fast food burgers, they serve good examples of it here. The french fries are nice too. Everything is freshly made thanks to the congestion.

We were very dissapointed by the staff there, it was in July, very crowded place, and they were screaming on customers to be fast at deciding and placing orders. Then,they forgot half of the order, and didn't serve exactly what we asked (missing cheese on the fries) Also there are no "menus" you have to by each item separately ,which makes it quite expensive for a fast food.

This is a very busy location. The service was speedy for the amount of traffic. The customer service was blah. It was normal for New York. The restaurant was dirty and trash was overflowing. Do better on the cleanliness! And this was in the area we had to eat in.

Staff were friendly. We promised ourselves we wouldn't go to any chains whilst on our trip, but we needed something quick and easy and we were not disappointed! It was my first meal in NY and it only improved from this point!

We ordered 3 Shak burgers; the place was busy, and the wait time was around 20 min. The person in charge of orders was a funny guy who tried to keep the environment cool. Strongly recommend trying it once.

My double cheeseburger could’ve been made a little bit better but I was so hungry and ravenous at that point that I was just happy to have something to eat and it’s still a better upgrade then going to McDonald’s and to be honest the Oreo cookie funnel shake was amazing

This was my first time in New York and I’ve always heard about shake shack and let me tell you it was well worth it! The burgers were immaculate and the shakes were sooooo good! I can’t wait to go back to New York just to eat here again!

Shake Shack Theatre District is a very busy location of the famous fast casual chain. I always enjoy the burgers and fries at Shake Shack. This location suffers a little bit on taste due to the high volume and chaos of all the customers.

What a burger 🍔 I had 2 of the double shack cheeseburgers, and it was amazing, so tasty full of flavor and somehow the meat was kind of crispy on the outside 😋 must must try if you are in NYC the cheese fries 🍟 delicious my daughter had the chicken and sandwich 🥪 and she loved it! And not to mention they serve beers! You can't go wrong with this joint.

Great burger, great hot dog, great bacon, great fries,great custard, possibly the best burger in town. avoid lunch time if you can’t stand huge lines.

I liked the burgers and fries. Everyone was hard working. I just wish both the bathrooms had a changing table. One did not of two.

The only problem here is that when you finish it you want another one :D The hamburger is perfect, so yes the only problem is that the portion compared to what you find in the city seems to be a bit small. The French fries are also really good. But even if the hamburger is not that big I truly recommend you to try this place :)

Grab our quick lunch here, once arrived in NY. Crowded but it's fine. Should you need water, they provide free flow. It's juicy burger, beware become addict.

Went twice. First time the burgers were not as good. Second time (different trip) they were pretty good. Still think madisons square is better though. However this place is tiny and there is rarely a place to sit, so unless ordering to go I'd say go to a different shake shack

Actually the best fast food burgers I've ever had! Smash patties that taste like real meat smash patties! Burgers done right. Tried the burbourn and fried onion burger and it was tasty as heck!

We decided to swing by Shake Shack and see what the hype was all about . Burgers were cooked to perfection and the sauce was delicious. A bit on the pricey side but it's expected for the quality of food you're getting. Lines moved quick and there were spots to sit down and enjoy our burgers . I would recommend it but nothing that deserves a 5 star review.

Of all the things I was looking for to eating this trip to NYC was this iconic burger and it did not disappoint! We walked by this particular Shake Shack several times as our hotel is in the area and every single time no matter what time of day, there's a medium to long lineup. The burger was well prepared and the meat was juicy and not overcooked. The mushroom really steals the show with the cheese and juicy texture. The fries were also very tasty and not overly greasy with ample cheese sauce and bacon. I hate running out of condiments by the bottom of the dish but they did not disappoint. The staff is really friendly and enthusiastic and make sure everybody has a good time and enjoys their food. Definitely one of the best burger chain Burgers I have ever had!

Amazing burger with amazing fries. Shakes are awesome too. The only thing missing was the mayo&ketchup pumps.. but I guess we have Covid to blame for that. Highly recommended!!

Ordered the chicken burger. Was good but I think they forgot my side order of herb mayo by accident. The fries weren’t as salty as I thought they would be. Enjoyed it but would not order the same items again.

Delicious burgers. Great shakes. Fast service. The staff was super friendly and professional. Given the continual stream of people coming in, they did an amazing job. Highly, highly recommended. I'm going to miss not having a Shake Shack near me at home!

A little bit over crowded when Covid 19 is major in the United States. Never know who has what infection and makes it hard to keep social distancing when the dining area is over packed.

Food itself was good, but... really? This is the "sauce" you give out? (not to mention the other one missing). This is very poor and disappointing.

The double shack burger was great as well as the cheese fries. They didn't have ketchup and Lemonade when I visited on Sunday night.

My favourite place in New York! Love how good the burgers are. If you're around be sure to visit. This place never disappoints.

Had to show vaccination card to be seated.Delicious smoke stack burgers. The fries were highly salted and the spicy honey mayo chicken was not spicy at all. Shakes were good, especially the strawberry. Still fresh and hearty for the price.
