This Roman Catholic Church could have the subtitle of art museum- a stunning location that honors God the Father and houses His son Jesus. A stunning building close to Fordham Univeristy graduate school buildings run by The Paulist priests. It was easy to feel at home here - even as a visitor. Make sure and leave extra time to tour the building after mass as the faithful nature of the congregation both past and present is palpable. I highly recommend!

Another spectacular church in Manhattan. The exterior is grand and prominent looking with handsome stone features. The church can be easily spotted from Columbus Circle and surrounding areas since it is on a corner. Once inside, you will be amazed by how large this church is. The arches are stately and ornate. The stations of the cross are beautiful as are the various shrines throughout the church. The baptismal font is elegant along with the stained glass. Put this on your list if you are looking for awesome churches in NYC! It is a beautiful place to spend time with the Lord since it is so quiet and peaceful inside. You won't be disappointed!

A church unique in its style and architecture, I haven't seen another one like it in the city. It has a very Pauline feel to it, which is great. I originally stumbled upon the church by accident, but make it a point to visit if I'm in this neck of the woods.

Beautiful landmark located in Manhattan. Not the biggest church in the city but it's a nice church to visit.

The architecture is amazing - Sunday mass at 5.15pm with the Young choir is just amazing and beautiful - although there are quite a bit of tourists coming just to check out the Choir - and they could be a bit more respectful during the mass... if you live around like we do I really recommend coming to this mass...

A beautiful church in NYC. I was in town for a tradeshow and got a chance to attend the daily mass at 12.10 pm during the season of Lent. A nice convenient time. A great way to nourish the soul.

An outstanding Church right next to an excellent University, both surrounded by breathtaking plazas. Once inside, the Church is astonishing. Clean, organized and enormous. Simply a must for tourist and residents alike.

Stunning church! I'm so glad I came inside to see the beauty of the architecture and art, but even more glad that I got to attend noon Mass. The service was very nice.

The most beautiful church I've seen In a long time!!! Absolutely breathtaking architecture on the inside. Wonderful views and statues. Paintings and stain glass windows. Anyone can appreciate the beauty. Came for señor de los milagros. A peruvian saintday festival and had a great time. It's great to just come in and sit and close your eyes for a break. I used to go to fordham across the street and just pop by for a breather. Have fond memories. There's no bathroom though which they could do.

Always beautiful service. The organ has been relocated and the lighting has been updated and few coats of fresh paint . The choir is amazing at the 5pm Mass on Sundays. You feel like you are in a Broadway show. I love going to this Mass because the parishioners are very engaged with the choir and responsive to the priest and it feels like your with your family.

Gosh, NYC is lucky to have a church with so much soul in every part of this building. Fr Paul is kind and giving. Watched YT videos during the pandemic and it was something else to witness in person. The music ministry is amazing and also soulful, especially Jazz music on Saturdays!

I met my dear husband at this church on November 13, 2004. He passed away on May 5, 2022. I will never forget this beautiful church where our journey began. God bless all who enter.

I visited St. Paul's Apostle Church to attend the "Addition/Subtraction" art exhibit. The artshow will run through Feb. 2024 - free admission. The exhibit features an ecclectic group of artists. This is the first time I have visited the church. The beautiful architecture has lancet windows and ecclesiastical artwork throughout. A quiet atmosphere for reflection. The church is an easy block's walk to Columbus Circle for shopping and a bite after yor visit.

St Paul's is a wonderful church that is inclusive and welcoming. Their choir during Sunday service is like listening to a Broadway show, professional and uplifting.

Great place to get to know God. Gorgeous church with phenomenal acoustics & exceptional choir. There is a 7 second echo after the choir stops singing. The Paulist Fathers give great sermons & all are welcome! The church is open during the middle of the day. Stop by between errands and experience "The Peace of God which transcends all Understanding."

This is by my work so I like to come in and spend some time in prayer sometimes to get away from the hectic NYC life. I also enjoy the bookstore/gift shop there as well. It is a beautiful Church with historic significance. The only thing I don't like is that there have been art exhibits sometimes in the Church that seem contrary to the Faith. For me, they distract from the fact that I am in the house of the Lord.

Attending Mass online at St. Paul the Apostle NYC is a gift that I treasure . I am regularly inspired by homilies that reflect Jesus's love so beautifully. The people and groups there teach me that I can be a content loving person. I love what they say about everyone being welcome wherever they are on their faith journey. I feel included, wanted and cared about. I am so happy I found this wonderful parish. .

Enter this fabulous, cavernous church and slowly take in every corner...look up for extraordinary stained glass and blessed surprises, visit the bookstore, spend time in each section around the perimeter. The splendor and beauty will unfold for you. An incredibly friendly and welcoming community awaits. The programs during the week are robust from book clubs to retreats to ministries. The music is extraordinary especially the Sunday 5:30 p.m. mass. What a treasure and oasis in our busy, fast-paced NYC.
