    Customer service was absolutely disgusting. I had a product in my hand that I needed more than one of but couldn't find. I spotted a box up top labeled with the exact product I was looking for. I asked the owner (passing by with a clipboard) if someone could retrieve the product as there was no more available within reach. He refused and instead went to the isle, tore angrily through the inventory, only to point me to a similar product. His tone and body demeanor was very aggressive. I put the one product back without response and began to leave. He then spewed inaudible words towards me. I stopped and said "Is this how you treat all of your customers or are you just having a bad day? I merely asked for a product that you were unwilling to provide. I'm confused as to why you are mad at me." Now his reply was no eye contact and silence. I visited this place for all my beauty supply needs for the last 5 years. I will never go back!!!!!!! Seems this man is a repeat offender towards women in the community. Sad

    Green is good. Black is not. My husband bought clippers here and the receipt clearly states “exchange within 7days”on electronics. He said he didn’t like the way it cut. The Chinese man took it out and demonstrated on his own hair and said it cut fine. Where in all the world is my hair the same texture as his. $65.00 down the drain. He would’ve waited for the police YES the owner called them” on him “ but they were taking too long(about an hour) all this for an exchange that he never got. Don’t buy from them this is my last time setting foot in there!

    Purchased two packs of purple pack weave hair from this location and the hair had two different textures. One was silky while the other felt synthetic. Will never purchase hair from there again.

    The owner here is super friendly every time I go here but when I went today I feel like the workers were following me the whole time and made my shopping experience so uncomfortable. Every aisle I would go to he would act like he’s looking for something and watching me every second. I liked going here before but after that I don’t know if I’ll be back.

    The Asian cashier is extremely awkward and rude. Would never recommend this place of business. For a person to be aggressive or possibly racist I sure haven’t ever seen an Asian come into that store to support and buy, nor would they likely be aggressive if any had. ..Was no argument or mean demeanor. Just lack of courtesy, as I have been a reoccurring customer for over 2 years.

    We have to stop going shops like this one spending our money in these places where there is no customer friendly policies. I went to buy a wig and other beauty supplies while I was considering what wig to buy I found that they have a no return or exchange policy on wigs but they also won't let you try it on to make sure its the right fit for me. Not only did I not buy the wig but I didn't get anything else I will not spend my money in any business that will not extend great customer service Everyone had an bad attitude from management to the clerks. None of my friends or family will ever go back in there and I do not recommend this establishment.

    The reason for my rating… I asked for help and no one came to me. However after searching for 15 minutes I found what I was looking for. I hope next time the service is better.

    I do not know how they’re still in business. Their door says they close at 7:30pm, got there minutes to 7 and they closed the door. I kept begging them to just buy one thing because they had a customer in there and they kept saying no. One of their friends came and they let her inside to buy something and when I asked why I can’t come inside the man kept saying we’re closed. They are very unfair and cold there and doesn’t deserve any business

    Visited the store this evening. Or tried, rather. Their hours are incorrect. I arrived 10 min to 8. They were already locking up to head out of the door. The man locking up, who may have either been the owner or a store manager, just shook his head no and said nothing else. If you no longer close at 8:00PM, then change your hours to reflect it. Generally in the past my experience with this store has been okay. Nothing to brag about. I usually only will come if my normal go-to beauty supply store doesn't have what I need.

    I love this place. The cashiers are always respectful and always look professional. One in particular always has her nails done. She is so friendly too. She recommended me to a flat iron and I love it! It lasts long!

    It is the worse beauty supply store in the area. It cheats its customers and then tells them they gave to contact the supplier to remedy the situation. As usual poor customer service. I will never spend another dollar there and would not recommend anyone else to. They do not know the products they are selling and there is absolutely no assurance shopping there.

    The Merchant / Owner of this Store, Feel Beauty Hair Supply Store in Springfield Gardens, Queens, NY is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. He discriminates against children and families. He approached me and my daughter and kicked us out of the store for no reason. I could not believe that he did that and thought that it was ok. Apparently he does not like children in the store. On a separate occasion, there was a discrepancy in the price of an item, so I ask him to scan the item in order to see the actual price. He refused, and immediately told me that he would not sell me the item and asked me to leave the store immediately. Apparently you cannot even question the price of an item or you will be kicked out. I was shocked. He kicks people out of the store for no good reason. He acks like a dictator. If he does not like you, he will kick you out of the store. He spoke to me, a customer in a rude, demeaning and condescending tone. Indicating to me that he did not value me as a customer. This merchant should not be doing business with the public. Customers should beware.

    The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I arrived at 8:13, two minutes before closing. The manager did not let me through the door and brought me the item AT THE DOOR! Not only that, he gave me 30 seconds to decide if I wanted the item or not. In the middle of an economic crisis, anyone should be grateful to even get business. I called beforehand, and was told that the store closes at 8:15 although the hours on the site say 8:30. As a business owner, I would NEVER shut the door in a customers face. This establishment should have more grace. It would have taken me 5 minutes to purchase my item AT MOST. He told me to come back again “tomorrow”. I would not come back if this was the last store left on planet earth because of the disrespect. All of the negative reviews are because of this reason and yet, it has not been addressed properly because it’s an ongoing issue. Update your site. Have respect for people who are supporting your business. I understand and respect hours but I arrived BEFORE 8:15. And as I said, as a fellow business owner, I would NEVER CLOSE THE DOOR ON A CLIENTS FACE while simultaneously having respect for my employees who need to go home after a long days work. There’s a middle ground, this establishment needs to practice better work ethic.

    Horrible experience at this springfield gardens location tonight. I arrived at the location at 7:50pm. The store hours are 10am to 8pm and the door was locked. I knocked on the door and they sent their one black employee to tell me that they are closed. I showed him the sign that says they are open until 8pm and asked him to call the manager. An Asian man came to the door and also told me they are closed. I informed him that it is not 8pm yet. He held up his phone and pointed it at me. He said "do you want me to make the trouble". This was an obvious intimidation tactic that he was indicating that he was going to call the police on me for simply trying to purchase an item from his establishment. I left the location feeling humiated as I did not do anything wrong and was simply trying to make a purchase at a business during their normal stated and posted business hours. I reviewed several other complaints against this location for very similar events where the senior management of feel beauty indicated that they were going to take corrective action, but apparently no corrective action has been taken. Please reply back what corrective action will be taken in regards to this matter. Thank you.
