Dirty office. Unprofessionally run business. I arrived a half hour before the bus departure time (6:30) and had to wait outside in the rain until 7 because the office was closed and no one was there to open it. They called me at 5am to tell me to be there early so this should not be happening. The bus was also very late to come to the office. A half hour late to be exact. We were supposed to leave at 7 and left at 7:30.

The WORST service ever! Mailed a box with them and they stole it! I called and they dismissed me and hung up the phone on me several times! Don’t ever send anything with them!! NEVER!!

Worst company...I recommend to just take another company or airplane honestly. They tell u to be ready at a certain time only for them to leave two hours later. On top of all that they pick up people at the time you’re suppose to be on the highway on your way home. Never taking this bus again. Only reason i gave them one star was to write this review but they get no stars from me...that’s for sure. Get it together United express.

This company needs to pay more attention to their employees because they give the worst customer service. They treat you like they’re the ones paying you. The buses always depart late, they have no sense of punctuality.

How can I hit no stars. A lady who took my name adress and phone number down at 3am going from NYC never actually wrote it down, gentleman who took over the shift informed me she didnt wrote anything down. She acted like she was writing it down..are you serious? There goes my ride! now they expect me to wait till 5pm. I recommend you check other places. Trust me 0 stars.

The workers are rude. Nothing here goes according with the time they tell you and when you call to find out what had happened to the bus because it has been delayed for 3 hours they have no clue and they only say the driver told me he was stuck in traffic. A dominican travel experience. Driver very profesional. Nice trip and route. Bus at great condition. Spaces for luggage back bus and over seats for small bags. Coordination for tour final destination excellent. Office crowded with one restroom. Best price.

Very bad experience. Last time I'm ever taking this bus company. First they left me at the time I really wanted to leave to Lawrence because they wrote my number down wrong. I asked for a discount they got defensive and yelled and said no. Then picked me for the 4:00 bus at 4:00 squeezed me in a van that fit 7 and there was 8 of us to bring us to the office then leave. Didn't leave NY till 6:30 and the time to leave was 4:00. On top of all of that drove so crazy and careless. Never met such an irresponsible business.

Been on the bus for 4 hours there’s no bathroom and he won’t stop at a rest stop

Pretty good service just took a little longer than expected to get to my destination, but other wise than that I can't complain.
