A terrific arena, a wonderful experience. Entering was very quick, efficient and friendly. Corridors are wide, finding your seats is easy. And the seats are wide and pretty comfortable! Place is immaculate, brightly lit and nicely air conditioned. Security personnel looks like security but behaves like we were all old pals. Very nice. Half time the lines for the restrooms and food are long but move quickly. Credit cards only, but there are machines to convert your cash to a card. I was there for a Liberty game with my daughter and her aunt. Everyone warned me how boring it would be. “Who likes to watch women’s basketball?!!” Well, as it turned out, I do! No slam dunking (which I find to be a form of ‘look at me!’), no trash talking, no chest beating. Just a smooth, professional, surprisingly physical game of hoops. And the crowd and the players were like family. No booing, even for the most egregious unforced error. And before the game the players were accessible to their young fans. Great game, great arena, easy exit.

Amazing ambience with great energy, just don't take a bottle as the security will throw it away. Great location with a major Subway hub right by, large number of eateries inside (bit overpriced as expected in a stadium, $15 for something filling and $5 ish for water and $12-15 for a can of beer). Ticket prices are also quite reasonable, especially if you book early ($35 per ticket for a Nets Pistons game for a seat with a good view). Multiple cuisines are also available. Great stadium to watch the game and feel like you are part of it.

Guys, what an experience. 1st basketball game ever and I can see what the hype is all about. Getting there is the easiest thing in world as you have the subway right across the entrance to the stadium. Security is strict when entering the stadium and is managed very well by the security personnel. The inside is magical. You can order food and drinks and it is fast and easily accessible on all floors. Finding your seat will be easy or just ask the friendly staff working there. I took my son to watch the Brooklyn Nets and it was one of the best bonding experience with him and you cannot visit NYC and not watch a game.

Super nice atmosphere for the Nets game. Very smooth to get in even though there was a queue. The view is nice and the stadium is quite big. A lot of animation during the game and small games. The drinks and food there are very expensive so I would recommend to eat before the game around the stadium, there are a lot of spots.

We went to a Brooklyn Nets game and it was a great experience! Security was on point, they made sure we are vaccinated and although there were plenty of people they did everything safely and quickly. The stadium was not at full capacity since its COVID but the atmosphere was good and we could see the floor very well even though we sat at the top.

It's a beautiful stadium inside and out. Not much to look at as far as memorialbilla ND not much entertainment during breaks and half time. Easy to attend. Lines take awhile. The L is the way to attend for sure. Ticket was 50 bucks front row 209.

I visited Brooklyn, New York from California. The Barclay's Center was amazing! This was my first experience attending the Brooklyn Nets game. My very first NBA game. It was once in a lifetime. The Brooklyn Nets is a great team. I was really excited and happy when I watched the Brooklyn Nets live game. The crowd was loud, there were cheers, and the environment was optimistic. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the Brooklyn Nets. Let's go Brooklyn Nets!

One of my favorite places to see a game of large concert. It was built recently so it has modern audiences in mind. I've yet to get a bad seat here.

Had the best time watching Brooklyn Nets beat Oklahoma City Thunder. Amazing venue. Excellent merchandise but very expensive beverages. Can’t wait to come back.

Went to see a Brooklyn Nets playoff game against Milwaukee Bucks here and had a great time! The staff was terrific and the whole atmosphere was fantastic. Took away one star for the very expensive food.

Just a wonderful arena ! The NY Liberty and the whole experience of the game was amazing. The space and the staff were great. Extremely long lines outside before doors opened and everyone had to go through security but they had so many staff working that getting through was a breeze. Bathrooms were clean and attendants consistently cleaned during the games and shows . Plenty of ushers to help you find your seats. Can’t wait to get back This is a cashless building with reverse ATMs available for you to make purchases at the concession stands.

Fantastic experience. The pride of Brooklyn low-key. Have been here for concerts and my sisters graduation. Beautiful arena. My one feedback would be more bathrooms. When it's packed it's impossible to get a bathroom. Also parking is hectic.

Came here for Disney on Ice. Not sure what other event was going on during this but there were so many people still outside when the show was starting at 7. I'm talking the line went to the side of the Barclays. Can only imagine how it is during a sporting event. Feel like there could have been better people management for the lines. Inside though, pretty clean. Was in section 210. Bathroom up there was very clean. Those seats in that section are a bit tight to walk thru. Not sure why they decided to put cup holders on the back on the chair that sits on the floor, could def trip over it if not paying attention.

Despite attending games at various arenas, my first time at Barclays was genuinely disheartening. I took my 9-year-old nephew for his first game, expecting a memorable early birthday gift. However, the staff's unprofessional and rude behavior shattered those expectations. I'm deeply upset, and witnessing how sad my nephew was due to this experience leaves me with the regret that his birthday celebration was ultimately ruined. Please train your staff to do better.

All of the staff I've encountered are amazing! Wonderful experience at Qatar Airways Club for a Brooklyn Nets game, three rows from courtside! Highly recommended for non-profit organizations to network with.

Great layout in lower seats to enjoy views. I’ve visited several times (concerts, cirque du soleil, and NBA games). So far the experience has been great. The only negative part was the check-in process during the NBA games, unorganized and confusing entrance sections.

Great NBA experience. Getting to the stadium was a breeze and there was plenty of hype and build up which led to a great atmosphere. Plenty of food options, sections and seat numbers were clearly marked

Love the atmosphere and being able to see from a different angle is great. The staff is very helpful and the support they give to the troops is bar none of the top experiences. Will definitely visit again.

I’ve been here twice in the last 6 months and honestly even for the most busy events, getting in has been pretty quick. Definitely ready all the know before you go information. I think their pre-event communications is what makes entry and getting around so easy. It’s in a great location with lots of train options. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. Getting out of the event was a bit of a hassle and confusing but that’s expected with any larger event with a lot of people. There could’ve been better signage

I had a good time here when I went! While driving around the center is always a pain, being in and inside is really nice. Feels nice that it’s right there! They had good COVID procedures and protocols when I went too. No issues. Don’t believe negative stories or negative hype about the Barclays, it’s a great venue!

Have come here for Disney on Ice and more recently Ringling Bros. Pretty good experience. Staff were friendly and did good job directing everyone. Line queues improved or we arrived earlier and it felt like it was fast. Premiums on concessions but it’s to be expected. Technology improvements made there is awesome. For Ringling Bros they had the act name and showing on screen so you can see more.

My experience at Barclays Center during the WNBA Finals was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was electric, and the energy in the crowd was contagious. Despite my team, the New York Liberty, not clinching the win, I still had the time of my life cheering them on. The facilities were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall organization of the event was top-notch. Can't wait to come back next year and support my team again! Barclays Center truly knows how to host an unforgettable sports experience.

I've purchased a pair of rkts. to watch a show at Barclay's. I purchased three with ease on Barclay's site. Due to covid issues I'm unable to attend event. I've been trying from last month to get a refund and is close to impossible. I've called many times and only get a recorded message. I tried ticket Master and spoke with someone and they are unable to assist because I got it from Barclay's. Barclay's has the worst customer service I've ever encountered! I've made 2 trips to center to no avail. Tomorrow is day of event and will try again on day of event. I don't ever recommend getting tkrs directly thru Barclay's.

This is hands down one of the best concert venues in NYC. I passed through security within 7 minutes. Staff are professional, helpful, and kind! Bathrooms are SPOTLESS. You just need to walk in a circle to find food. The seats are comfortable and spacious. There are no bad seats at this venue. One thing I would change are the food options. Everything is practically fried. Some healthier options would be appreciated!!

Had my graduation here today! It’s a pretty iconic place for graduations in NY and of course tons of games. It’s not any out of the word stadium but does what it is supposed to do. There is a lounge and a AMEX shop inside for drinks and coffee and some snacks. Parking could be problem around so plan it accordingly. It has amazing connectivity through subway though.

Barclays is an average arena. Nothing special. It's very dark on the inside, can hardly see your food to eat. They offer very average concession food. Small hallways and entrances into the court, etc. make for difficulty getting in and out of your seat. I was not impressed.

i came here to watch the nets game and it was fun watching in person however the dj needs to chill with the music so loud and the lights kept shining in my eyes like every five seconds during timeouts and were blinding me smh. the seats were good tho and i had a good view. however water should be free, bro was tryna charge me for a water bottle smh or at least let guests bring water inside

The Barclays Center is one of the most wheelchair accessible places i frequent as a Brooklyn resident. I recently went to see Disney on ice with my son and we had such a good time. The souvenirs are a bit pricey but the staff was so nice and definitely went out their way so we could have a good experience.

Fun game, queuing was very efficient to get in but food is very slow. If you plan to go, definitely take a subway if possible — driving is super chaotic and parking is $$$. My tickets were around $70 and the view was pretty good (:

We attended the Reggae love Fest. The seats are kind of tight for curvy individuals. The security was tight. It was and older crowd. The drinks and food are completely over priced. So make sure to have at least $60-$200 if you like to enjoy yourself. If you're on a budget like me. Buy something to eat before you get there.

Mr Whammy very active. Away team had tons of support. Overall not a bad game. Had floor seats and upper bowl seats. Worth the extra money to be lower. Drink lines were fast. Food reasonably priced. Worse part was waiting for parking garage to get the car.

Barclay's do a great job bringing in the local community. It doesn't feel too corporate in there. It's family oriented. That's the vibes I got the few times I went. As a Brooklyn native, it felt good going to Jay Z's inaugural concert series for the arena. This was the most inspiring concert I ever been too. The words from the music connects spiritually when you know every word he's saying is true. Or a slight stretch from the truth to cater to the song at hand. He looks like me. I'm of the same demographic. I went there with childhood friends from Brooklyn. s/o the 90s & The Ave. LLG G Swagga Da Boss. We all left there wanting to strive for the best. And we did. And continue to do so. Thank you Hov!

1st time at this event space. It was amazing. The seats are large and very comfortable and the stadium itself is somewhat small so you can really explore the space easily and quite fast. Biggest and most upsetting part of my experience is the fact you can’t take your water bottle? I wanted the logo and a take away from being here and they said I couldn’t take my own paid for water bottle. They open your water bottoms pour the water into another plastic cup. What a waste of plastic and for what reason? Wasteful and stupid. So congratulations on killing our planet one plastic cup at a time.

It feels sterile; corporate. There is a lack of seasoning, flavor if you will. Everything seems cookie cutter and bland. Maybe I just can’t appreciate the color scheme but MSG definitely is still the superior of the two. Modern does not mean better;I think currently, movies and fashion constantly remind us of this truth.
