Horrible facility . Do not go there I don’t recommend this place. This place used to provide good care years ago but since than everything went down the heel. Staff is extremely rude at the front desk and some ladies inside as well. No one really cares about the patient. Rooms are dirty and even table paper wasn’t changed when I came in for a visit. Wait time despite making appointment is horrible . You wait outside for over 20 minutes or sometimes even more and than inside by the time doctor comes in to see you it’s another 15-20 minutes. Doctors don’t even give proper evaluation and walk inside and quickly want to leave outside so they don’t spent much time with the patient. They don’t care neither. Last visit doctor didn’t even bother completely evaluating me and didn’t provide proper care. I am in a medical field myself and this place is horrible, staff including doctors lacks professionalism, proper care and attentiveness to the patients. Simple tasks such sending prescription to the right place wasn’t done properly. Staff even lacks proper phone matters. If you looking for a good quality care this is not the place for you nor me or our families. Go somewhere else If you want to get better.

I just left there. I spoke with someone on the phone who assured me that the doctor I saw could help me that day although it wasn't an urgent matter. The medical assistant who would do my vital signs forced the temperature probe into my ear and kept the oxygen sensor on my finger for 20 minutes. It was low and she couldn't figure out that it wasn't going to get higher. She got upset with me and stormed out of the room. She treated me like an animal. This was a waste of my time. They tell you anything to get you in the door. Go elsewhere. Not a good experience!

My daughter and I did our COVID testing on Sunday and the process was quick, easy and completely safe. Ana did out tests and she was very nice, as was Patricia who came in after to speak to us briefly. We got there 10 minutes before our appointments and we were done in 5 minutes. Very clean venue.

I had emergency on the Fourth of July and I went to this facility. When you first walk in the place is nice and clean. The lady at the desk was very friendly. She asked if it was OK that we sit in our car because of the Covid restrictions. I told her sure no problem. I had to go back in to ask her a question, and she told me that they were ready for me. She also offered me something to drink. I guess by to look at my eyes she could tell that I was a bit flustered and was not feeling well at all. She came back with a bottle of water and a can of Ginger ale and a cup. I was very grateful and thankful. She made me feel quite at home. And very welcome. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They very clean and very friendly. And I will be coming back again. Thank you again for your hospitality.

My experience at ProHEALTH Urgent Care of Howard Beach was amazing. Staff are courteous, efficient and professional. The doctor was very kind with excellent bedside manners; he took his time to answer all of my questions where I did not feel rushed even though it was after 7pm. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend utilizing their medical expertise when necessary.

I was able to schedule my appointment fairly quickly. The staff was helpful and welcoming. I waited in my car to be called in for about 5 minutes. That’s pretty quick service if you ask me. I’ve had to bring my son here in the past and they were very good to him then as well...there’s parking on the side as well as parking on the street. Easy access. T

I came here with a bad case of strep throat.. I was in excruciating pain and asked the doctor if she had Tylenol because it was so hard to swallow and I needed anything that would help at the moment. She pretty much treated me like I was an addict over 2 regular Tylenols! No care that I was in pain, just rude and uncaring.

went to get an antibiotic for my sinus infection late last night and when i went to pick up my prescription they said nothing was sent to the pharmacy. i called back to prohealth to see if they could call it in again and they didn’t have me on file at all even though they had my insurance. very ridiculous. very unhelpful. do not recommend, they said go to the emergency room.

I would give them a negative rating if I could. The office staff is TERRIBLE. It has been 5 days and still no results on my sons PCR COVID test. I called and spoke with 2 people who said they would call me back and never did. I explained all of this to a 3rd person who tried to say they would cal me back. I asked to speak to a Manager. I was told they left for the day. I then explained that I am not comfortable hanging up hoping they will call me back as this is the 3rd time I was told this and nothing. The person got rude and then said I’m hanging up, HORRIBLE customer service. And I still do not have test results.

I arrived as a walk-in after 9:00 AM on a Friday. It was extremely busy. I didn’t interact too much with the women at the front desk but I can imagine they go crazy saying the same thing over and over. I registered on the pad as is the procedure and then went to my car to fill out the forms online and wait. It appeared that I was in for a long wait. According to the app there were 17 people ahead of me and I considered going home for a while. I was glad I didn’t. The wait was less than an hour when I received a text message to go in. The medical assistant and the PA were very nice and thorough with my exam. I have been here before COVID and the atmosphere was a little more relaxed then.

My experience in this office was phenomenal! Starting from the phone operator, to the receptionists, to the Medical Assistant who took my sons vitals, and the Nurse practitioner who was AMAZING, she was thorough, honest and extremely informative!! She asked my son how he felt, and she was so kind to him, she took her time and didn’t brush me off like other people do when they want to get their job over with, but NO SHE WAS JUST PERFECT! The office was so clean! I give this place 5 stars because they deserve it!
