Fun Triangle to visit near Cooper Union and their modern Morphosis Architecture's Building. Live concerns and plenty of restaurants, movie theaters and bars to visit nearby.

A decent enough place to spend a lunch break or take a rest. Since it's gotten warmer a few shady characters hang around, but they've never messed with me.

Front yard, so to speak, of The Cooper Union. Not very big but there are benches and shade and a statue of Peter Cooper, founder of Cooper Union a school of fine arts, architecture, and engineering, whose mission statement is to bring together the study of science and art.

Cooper Triangle in NYC is a charming public space with lush greenery, benches, and a unique triangular shape. It's a great spot to rest or enjoy a picnic, and the beautiful fountain adds to its appeal. The only drawback is that it can get crowded during peak hours.

Small area but feels spacious. Plenty of seating and clean. Great place to wait for your friends if you are all planning to hangout in East Village or to hide from the scorching beam of sun.

The Cooper Triangle is a very small park just smacked in the middle of the city. I guess it's a nice place to relax and chill if your used to the NYC noise, but for tourists I'd doubt they would like it. There is usually a few homeless people sitting on benches and also there is trash on the ground near the trash cans but not in the plants or in the middle of the park. There's not really much to see, just a statue and a few trees. I don't think there was much consideration in this park and it was just made in a rush. Probably not a good stop for tourists, but hey, I won't stop them. I think this park is more for campus students and the school pride, not like a park for fun or much relaxation.

Open space in NYC, not well maintained though, with limited clean benches.
