I
took
this
tour
along
with
2
other
family
members.
Between
us,
we
have
done
tours
in
the
U.S.,
Europe,
Africa,
and
Central
America
so
this
was
not
our
first
rodeo
with
a
tour
guide.
I
am
disabled
and
needed
some
help.
Cliff
was
quite
considerate
of
my
disabilities
and
I
appreciated
that
very
much.
He
also
had
a
lot
of
info
to
share
about
NYC
and
kindly
purchased
us
a
slice
of
NY
pizza.
If
you
decide
to
take
a
tour
with
Cliff
and
you
don’t
know
much
about
NYC,
there
are
a
couple
things
to
be
aware
of.
We
thought
we
were
getting
an
experienced
tour
guide
and
driver.
Cliff
had
not
worked
with
this
driver
before
our
tour
and
they
got
into
some
heated
arguments.
We
felt
sorry
for
the
driver
and
that
really
put
a
damper
on
the
tour.
Since
we
were
charged
by
the
hour,
our
route
to
places
with
Cliff
took
longer
than
when
we
took
a
cab
the
next
day
and
revisited
the
same
places.
I’m
not
sure
if
that
was
because
of
misunderstandings
between
Cliff
and
the
driver
or
just
to
extend
the
time
the
tour
was
taking.
For
some
reason
Cliff
felt
it
was
necessary
to
make
his
political
views
known
to
us
in
which
we
didn't
care
about
and
didn't
pay
to
hear
that.
Then
he
shared
his
views
on
wars
and
the
"stupid
military."
He
also
bragged
about
how
he
dodged
going
to
Viet
Nam.
We
are
a
military
family
and
he
knew
that.
We
thought
it
couldn't
get
any
worse
but
it
did
when
we
headed
to
the
911
Memorial.
He
gave
his
opinions
on
how
dumb
the
firefighters
and
first
responders
were
and
it
was
their
fault
so
many
were
killed,
thus
the
2
star
rating.
I've
never
heard
anything
so
disrespectful
in
my
life.
He
was
aware
that
we
had
lost
a
friend
who
was
a
paramedic
from
another
state
who
was
working
in
NYC
and
felt
it
was
his
duty
to
run
to
the
towers
and
try
to
save
others.
Our
family
also
has
a
lot
of
first
responders
and
we
all
hold
those
involved
in
911
with
highest
esteem.
We
were
insulted
on
several
levels
and
did
not
get
what
we
paid
for.
At
that
point
we
told
him
we
were
done
and
to
take
us
back
to
the
hotel.
I
was
the
one
paying
for
the
tour
and
Cliff
making
me
discuss
the
price
in
front
of
the
others
was
uncomfortable.
If
you
are
a
Republican,
military
family,
or
family
of
first
responders,
this
is
not
the
tour
company
for
you.
You
deserve
better.
We
were
offered
Cliff’s
book
for
free
if
we
gave
him
a
5
star
review.
You
have
the
potential
for
a
5
star
review
Cliff,
but
you
need
to
have
the
tour
more
organized
with
your
driver
and
leave
your
political
opinions,
thoughts
on
the
military,
and
insults
to
the
brave
men
and
women
of
NYC
who
gave
their
lives
while
attempting
to
save
others
to
yourself.
