Great spot for all seasons. Loveliest spring blossoms and fall colors but the snow makes this one of our favorite slopes in central park for sledding! In the summer it's great for picnics!

Just some pilgrim statue in the middle of Central Park, random… but cool.

I had quite forgotten the existence of this amazing statue---amazing from its technical complexity. I'm not a fan of commemorating the devastation wrought on the First Peoples but history is history.

Great for sledding! I recommend you bring a real sled or a diy one with a metal or hard plastic bottom

Yay it's winter! The hills are covered with snow, people come out with the sleds, snowboards, tubes, or random creative sledding objects. You stand at the top of the hill, await your turn and then! You're on your way to a mini adventure down the very gradual slope! This is not a big hill but fun nonetheless. Great place to come with your kids for a fun filled, safe day. ☃☃ Would come again, not only for sledding but for the beautiful tranquil scenery.

This section of the park Is beautiful. We were on a hill right next to the statue and over looking the water. It was great to be able to get out and see all the people enjoying a blessed day at Central park.

An idyllic spot for every season. Its slopes are popular for sledding in the winter and picnics in warmer months. Visit in spring to catch the groves of pale flowering Yoshino cherry trees as they burst into bloom. At the top of the hill stands a bronze statue of a Pilgrim, made by acclaimed artist John Quincy Adams Ward

We had a great time exploring Central Park and solving the cleverly designed puzzles. I recommend it to all! Don’t skip out on the picnic bag at the end of the challenge. It was a nice way to unwind afterwards with our team.
