My husband and I brought our 4 month old daughter to Gemelli’s to get her ears pierced and we were so happy with our experience there. They were so professional and made the process so easy for us. Two employees helped with the piercing while another helped distract my daughter, so the whole process was over in seconds. The price was also much more reasonable than what our pediatrician was charging. Highly recommend!

After being treated poorly at the mall chain-store in the past, I decided to try a local jeweler instead. I had an older Tag Heuer wristwatch that was in need of service and looked quite beat up. I wanted to give it to my daughter as a graduation gift but felt badly for its condition. I didn't want to buy a new one since the old one is a family heirloom. The mall shops said they wouldn't or couldn't work on it. Gemelli Jewelers said no problem and got that watch looking like it did when it was new. I was looking for the van cleef look alike bracelets and Gemellis had a few styles that were beautiful. I loved the style of necklaces they had but wanted it as a bracelet. The staff went out of their way to find the bracelet I wanted, they were not able to find the exact one so Joe was kind enough to turn the necklace I loved into 2 bracelets. Great staff

I walked in with my then boyfriend to browse and get my ring size. The moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and respect. Then walked over Amanda, she was so kind and patient with us. She was very attentive and listened to me. I told her the things I liked in every detail. She pointed out many beautiful pieces to me and my boyfriend. I loved that she was not pushy. Because I never could stand the salesperson who would make me feel pressured to do anything and or purchase something. She took her time and was outgoing. I felt like I was talking to a friend for a moment. As I was browsing with her I found the most gorgeous ring and demanded it. Little did I know she helped my boyfriend with the whole purchase. From the sizing too the appraisal, Gia and even to resize the ring for me once I was proposed too. The night came where my boyfriend proposed and it was a night I will never forget! Great place , nice people , however not for baby earpiering. Earpiercing done wrong,uneven, too high . My concern about the offcentered mark was ignored. Also used multiple use gun, aftercare instruction are contraindicated for proper healing. I would recommend going to more professional place. Save your baby extra pain

I found my ring online, however, the size was not listed, so I had to call, I ended up speaking with Sylvia, she was so sweet and helpful. she helped me purchase the ring over the phone so that she could give me a discount and she got it sized for me the next business day and shipped, I bought my ring on Tuesday, Sylvia had it sized and shipped and I had it on my finger by Thursday.

I came here to get my 7 month old's ears pierced. They were very patient and gentle with her. I also asked them to clean a ring for me while we were waiting, and didn't realize that I wasn't even charged for it until I looked at my receipt. Highly recommend.
