Strapped for time with the big wedding day approaching, Lana was so helpful with assisting us in finding exactly what we were looking for. This past June, my husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary. We went to Malsons for an " eternity type" band. Lana helped us choose something, and when she saw that I wanted something more, she actually created a stunning ring for me by putting the ring I liked into an insert. The result was original and fabulous. I am about to have my 60th birthday. I lost my diamond engagement ring a few years ago and we decided this was the right time to replace it. After having received such great service from Lana, back to Malsons we went. Lana is great at her job; she found the perfect ring for me, big enough, but not crazily priced. WALK AWAY FAST! I trusted the good reviews too. Low quality. The owner refused to review the situation and the behavior of the employees. If you do happen to see flaws, do not expect them to be respectful, or understanding and willing to help you solve the issue. I trusted them with my wedding bands and it was a horrible experience. I was insulted by the manager from Kings Plaza for seeing the flaws after a rock had to be exchanged due to a factory defect and damaged. I was told it was my fault I chose a repair and not an exchange. DO NOT EVEN THINK about seeing your money back. My fiancé’s ring was uneven on all surfaces. If you happen to buy, look at ALL the details before paying. I didn’t and they took advantage.

The nicest people work here and Frank the jeweler is so great to work with. I had an issue with my ring prong head that I had purchased here and took it to a jeweler closer to home just to tighten the prongs, was treated like garbage so rudely and basically sent away because he didn’t want to bother with the work. Frank at Malson’s fixed it right away and offered to clean and inspect the ring for free any time I’m in the neighborhood and wanted to stop by. Made my evening after the other jeweler ruined my morning. I really appreciate when people treat their customers with respect and appreciation and that’s what they do here.

This was my second visit and both times was a great experience. I had 2 different sales reps each visit and both were very attentive and took her time with me. I bought pandora jewelry both times and they were patient, helpful, and made the experience fun and I definitely would recommend coming here for jewelry.

I went to Kings Plaza to go to Piercing Pagoda but wasn’t satisfied with the selection and I wanted 14K gold with real diamonds. I was not going to get that there. So I kept walking and strolled into Malsons and I’m so very happy I did. Their customer service was impeccable. Lana showed me everything they had. After picking out a couple of pair of studs, I felt like she listened and paid attention to what I liked. I was shown so many beautiful pieces and ended buying 2 pairs. A pair of diamond studs and diamond hoops. As I was about to leave I became a jewelry model and I loved every minute of it I’m going to call her Friend because I don’t remember her name. Friend kept showing me some beautiful pieces that I ended putting on layaway. I had to leave because I’m almost certain I would have gotten more. I am beyond pleased with my purchases and can’t wait to pick up my Christmas present to myself. Morris was an absolute gem and took great care of me. If you are looking for some really beautiful pieces of jewelry I highly recommend Malsons at Kings Plaza Mall. They have been in business at this location for over 45 plus years. They pay close attention to their customers wants and needs. They also offer a line of credit if approved and other great incentives. It is safe to say that this will be my forever jewelry store. I wanted to get my wife a pair of earrings made by Pandora, I went to the Pandora store in the mall but the line there was insane, so I went to Malsons Jewelers instead because I know they also sell Pandora stuff. There was virtually no wait and the salesperson was extremely polite, courteous and helpful. If you need to get Pandora merchandise in Kings Plaza, my suggestion would be to go to Malson's first, it was a lot easier plus they have many other nice things in the store. :)

This was the first time I have every been inside this store and it was by far one of the most pleasant and genuinely amazing experiences I have dealt with at a Jewelers store. I could tell that the employees knew what they were talking about and were willing to help answer any questions I had. And with it almost being Christmas I felt the holiday cheer and my friend and I were even offered a glass of champagne as we shopped, plus it was her birthday so she loved that.
