    Can y'all take this down? There's not even a JCPenny there anymore. Let alone a Sephora in the damn mall. You call, and it just rings. Came here to find out they didn't even have a store here.

    Misdirecting people, making them waste their time. Good job, sephora. Takes two minutes to take this down, if you care about costumer convenience.

    I wish I could give no star .Unprofessional & deceptive Had a 1:30 appointment arrived around 10 minutes early addressed a young man who at the time I wasn’t aware was the manager, Jarred (sic). He directed me to the beauty station to await my technician. I was immediately reprimanded by a technician who curtly stated, “you can’t sit there unless you are having service”. I countered, “I am having service”. She went on to ask me what service and what time.The technician finally appeared and I mentioned that I had my lashes. My technician was summoned by the technician who was snappy and they had a conversation out of my ear shot where the technician who was to apply my lashes returned and asked me for a receipt for the lashes that I had in my possession, I told her that I bought them at the World Financial Center Store (this store is where I usually shop and make all my reservations being that I work in the area). The rude technician then my technician over and I then asked for a manager. I noticed that my tech, the rude tech and the manager were all having a lively conversation at the register so I walked over and mentioned that I have a time constraint. The manager went on to ask where did I purchase my lashes and I again conveyed that they were purchased at the Financial Center store. He looked up my account, me being a “loyalist customer” and found the purchase. I then in return asked to see the tech’s license since the manager, Jarred, mentioned that he only has two licensed techs in the store who are able to do makeup and lashes. Jarred mentioned that the tech would provide her license, I waited approximately 15 minutes after which I asked another tech if she could apply my lashes and she was more than willing but shortly after she told me to have a seat, she was told by Jarred that she could not perform the service. I waited another ten minutes and finally had to leave the store because I was running short on time for my event. The store was not able to provide a license for the tech that both the manager and the technician were positive was onsite and in the back room. I am hoping that this letter will alert your district managers and also reinforce strict re-training in customer service as this store leaves a lot to be desired in terms of client relations

    I went here with my husband to look for chloe perfume. We asked this one lady for help, she ignored us at first and then says she doesn’t have the size we are looking for without checking and walks away with another costumer. Later we asked another sales associate Who was nice enough to help us. And found the size we were looking for. The selection of lipsticks at this place are not good. It looks very old and nasty. And some items are out of stock. We ended up spending over $200. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

    So they just opened a new Sephora on the first floor of Kings Plaza (not inside a JCPenny) and the customer service is horrible. I went inside and all the employees were talking to each other or on their phones and not engaged with the customers. I even saw a guy steal some perfume which could’ve been prevented if the staff was actually doing their job. Who hired these people and what did they say when they got interviewed? Because the employees all just came to work to chat with each other and not provide any customer service.

    This location deserves 0 star. Rating this location one star is generous. Today I walked in this location already knew what I wanted to purchase. When I walked in staffs was talking among each other, I wasn’t greeted / backs was turned. I wanted to get something from the morconan oil section, I was too short to short wasn’t able to reach. I walked the entire store twice to get a staff to assist me. I walked up to the register to ask for assistance from the cashier. I believe there was a store manager or supervisor who there who said she would be able to assist me and she would meet me there. I waited nearly 15 min trying to get something that I already wanted, all I needed was someone to bring something down for me. I walked back to the register to asked for help then the manager finally came. But honestly, I walked out the store empty handed I was very frustrated. I refuse to support a location with volume that lacks on customer service. I left the store and order what I wanted online. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

    I won't give 1 star because I was at least greeted by the gentleman Tony and he was the only one who asked if I needed help. I was looking to get assistance with shade matching and was told to wait 5 minutes for an associate. I waited over 10 minutes and no one came and all the associates kept ignoring me and helping other customers who came after me. I decided to leave and just go elsewhere. This locations customer service has just gone downhill...hopefully it will improve one day.

    Like someone said earlier "the manager has a bad attitude". Opened 20 minutes later because the manager was holding a meeting with coworkers. Then the manager told the worker to wrap it up with helping me because she has to go help other customers. I came for one thing, but filled up the bag with other products recommended by the worker and as I was finishing up with what I actually came there for, I was rushed and ended up leaving everything.

    I recently purchased a sample set of 6 fragrances. I discovered that two of my favorite fragrances. Very good girl and Viktor flowerbomb was only half full. There are very small to begin with. Also, the other small sprays were also half filled. WHAT A RIPOFF. It was the Kings Plaza store in Brooklyn, NY

    Grace was so helpful, she picked skincare for all three of my teenage kids. She was so knowledgeable such a wonderful person. Cece is another excellent store associate that helped my family. Cece was amazing, she helped us for probably over an hour with starter makeup kits for my two daughters. She was so patient with us, both ladies gave us plenty of options and recommendations for items we were looking for. Thank you ladies, this was the first time my kids shopped in Sephora for themselves, they keep talking about how their experience was so good. They want to come back and shop so bad because of you ladies lol. Thank you so much!

    As someone who frequently shops at Sephora. This location was by far one of the best that I have experienced. The staff was helpful without being overbearing. And the products were readily available.

    Quality of service is really bad at this location. After I waited for attention and was ignored couple of times, I just dropped my stuff(I was going to purchase several items) and went to Ulta, and spent my money there instead. Easy-peasy.

    I will never shop at this location again. Customer service is nonexistent. The workers were busy chatting with themselves rather than trying to assist customers. No one asked if I needed help. I had to ask for help three times before getting some type of assistance. And, the help I received was subpar. Such a shame. They really need to do an overhaul of the workers here and hire people who really want to work. Until then, I rather spend my money elsewhere.

    I stopped by the other day to exchange a product. I needed help finding my concealer match and got helped by one of them and she gave me great service. When I approached the register and told the cashier I would like to exchange she was quick to say "No, we don't do that here. You have to go to a free standing Sephora to do that." I went there a few weeks earlier to return a few products and even though they made me wait, they gave me my money back. She was clearly lazy to do the call to process an EXCHANGE.

    Small store with limited staff. However, Savana was the BEST!!! She was extremely informative, very patient and really pleasant to deal with! She never got frustrated even though she had to literally split herself in 10 to attend to customers. She's a star.

    I was going to write a nasty review but i dont thik sephora cares just to everyone dont enter this store maybe they will get hint when it closes down spend your hard earned money anywhere else they just dont listen a great sephora is in brookfield mall wow the best staff

    There a particular black lady i don't know if she the manager but she refuse to let us get samples in peace always watching and coming up to us making us feel very uncomfortable. Honesty you just don't do that because of that i won't shop or go there anymore. They make us out to be thieves When we clearly not. Do something with your staff sephora, re-train or do something because this location is not good at all.

    Angie!!!! I dont know what else to say except that shes a gem. She answered ALL my questions while sharing some makeup tips with us, while teaching my friend how to do her face. She was thorough, patient, and down to earth. Bump up that womans salary!!!

    BOOK BRIANNA!!! She literally saved my entire vacation to NY. Lol I got sad by a last minute cancellation and my good sis had me feeling absolutely beautiful for the entire night! Give her a raise and make sure she is kept forreal. Major congratulations on her coming bundle of joy too! Her vibe is just as awesome as her skillset.

    I had a really great shopping experience at sephora. I believe it was the manager. She helped me pick my foundation, concealer, setting spray. She helped me even after closing time, and I didn't feel rushed.

    Worst Sephora I’ve ever been to with the worst employees. They don’t like to help and ignore you whenever you ask for something. It’s as if no one is even working there with the lack of attention anyone gives you. I would not recommend coming here. AT. ALL.

    The worst customer service. There were two people “working”. And only 3 customers including me. They ignored my basic questions. Without listening what I need recommended to buy “it”cosmetics. She was hardly promoting that brand I guess they pay for that. I didn’t give up went to ask a couple of times and got indifferent answer. I applied to different shades and asked how they look and which shade matches better. They were even lazy for that. I end up buying very white like a mask shade following their “this side”
