    Worst store to go to if you need to drop off equipment. You will be waiting 2hrs while the staff walk around and do nothing. It should not take 2hrs just to drop off an equipment

    The staff is ok but sometimes there is a long wait for service . But the biggest problem is raising prices. I left them because it was not worth the expense. My bill went up 20%, which put my bill around $290 a month and only have basic cable and internet. For what I was getting was not worth it. Internet is not great in my house. They said I would need additional equipment so I could have good connection. For the price, they charge equipment that is needed, which should have been provided like extra modems and extenders throughout

Too much money & the way they sneak in fees without telling you before you agree on what package you are going to get, etc. Not right. They should be held accountable for that like they want to hold us accountable for fees that were never discussed. Getting rid of spectrum at end of month.

    If I can give them zERO stars spectrum they are a bunch of thieves when it comes down to your invoice unscrupulous charging over charging they tell you one price you get another don't use spectrum lying little thieves scammers znd Liars Ps beware of promotions this is where they get you

    If I could give a 0 star I would I have never in my life missed a payment for over a decade on wifi cable and mobile, a worker tells me I'm eligible for new Google phone 7 pro on sale, I would trade my old and they would mail it I am not the account administrator so I wasn't able to get the phone that day so this morning in the rain we had to drag a 68-year-old woman out because they were under the impression that they were going to get the upgrade and you know everything was going to be paid now when we're there they'd say they don't have it in stock and they refuse to mail it and then they say not only that the sale will be over whenever they do get in stock like I said I've been a customer for over 10 years with them they told us that we were eligible for the upgrade we had the money in our hands to pay they straight lied not only that they told us we need to call everyday and we need to check every other store and Staten Island and maybe we'll get lucky this is what I was told by them , they didn't know anything , never use this store, it's sad cause we have given them so much business..smh very misleading, and they use to be a good company what happened to being polite and not misleading customers .... The sad part is how excited he was to get the new phone he's been talking about it since the moment that he spoke to the employee and then to be told that after he drags his 68-year-old sick mother out is it's very sad ... Now he doesn't get a phone and they tell him he's got to wait 10 months

    Do not stop by after 5. Probably better yet don't stop by. Arrived a little after 5 and there were 9 people on line waiting and only 2 staff members to help customers out. I asked a third staff member about the situation and she let me know there was a Hyland location. I then asked if there were always this many employees to help, she said during the day there are more, so I asked 3 employees instead of 2? She said no about 4 or 5. Wow big difference. Avoid this place at all cost.

    All around customer service was good but they definitely need more workers and another manager that can assist the current manager on shift.. They also need another system to where is you are only dropping off a box it can be tagged in and dropped off or swapped out without waiting 40 min

    The manager was hiding today. They only had three other staff working on a Saturday. Waited for 45 minutes just to meet with a staff member. Ten person sign up list. Only positive was the staff member Anthony. So nice, quick, knowledgable, and helpful. He is the only reason I had a decent experience at the store. Very happy he was my staff member that helped. Same experience every time at this Staten Island Spectrum Store. Expect to wait a long time when you show up unless more staff is hired for a weekend.

    One of their employees (not sure if she still works there) opened up multiple phone lines on my account without my knowledge and then called in and added herself as an authorized user. Thankfully the good people in corporate spotted it and reached out to me and fixed everything.

    Don't do it. Don't get this service. It's not a good deal when you don't have service outside the house. After 3 months of troubleshooting 2 lines, (Spectrum send customers DIY directions!) we finally switched to Verizon. I could never access the Internet or any apps away from home, and they never fixed it.

    The service provided on Black Friday was just terrible. Female manager didn’t accommodate even though we had been waiting almost an hour for my named to be called. While watching others who came after us be called. When I approached “hey I’ve been waiting. . & some people were called before us even though we were here first“ in a calm tone it was “oh you were called already there’s nothing I can do go back on line. I was there to add 2 new lines and spectrum services in my home. At this point my wife was irritated & wanted to leave for waiting so long. I also work for spectrum myself in the field & always approach each customer with respect & kindness. Attitude needs to be better definitely. I’ve went to another spectrum store on hylan & they are more polite and attentive.

    Help me to change over, and unlocking my paid for Note 9 phone was a snap. The associates name Mike and Anthony(Tony) were a great help to me. Thanks guys keep up the great work.

    Their service is garbage. When I had cable and streaming service nothing but issues with it. Anybody can hack you wifi. The worst cable and streaming service in NYC!

    Management didn't want to give the amazingly helpful person helping me OT to help port over a number from a competing carrier. Instead scrawled MCS number on a torn piece of paper and told me to do it myself. Low marks for the mouth-breathing manager. High marks for helpful employee.

    I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to return equipment. Their service is terrible. Last week they replaced all my equipment and I had to call last night because I am still can not stream. Let's not even discuss the cost!!!

    This place is absolutely horrible I have had spectrum for almost 2 years now and have had service disconnecting and connecting for 2 years. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPECTRUM TO ANYONE!!!

    Experience was wonderful somebody met me as I was coming in took care of me right away I was very pleased unfortunately I was returning the equipment because I was leaving Spectrum I enjoyed the cable company unfortunately the price kept going up until they priced themselves out of business I had given them a time limit the month before I said you have a chance of keeping me for a customer reduce my bill I said there was nothing they could do so I left but the experience in the store was great

    This is the most unprofessional store I've ever seen , they straight lied to my 68 year old mother .then we called the spectrum on Hyland Blvd and they fixed the problem and verified they don't know what there doing. Wifi sucks, phones way to expensive, no upgrades, and they have the rudest staff I've ever seen, sad that spectrum became this. They won't be in business longer you can see. So be careful they lie, I will record every conversation with them from now on put it that way. I will shout f om highest mountain don't use spectrum in Richmond shopping center. Horrible

    Went to exchange cable boxes and one of the new ones was dead. Returned that one and it's replacement didn't work. Had to go 3 times for satisfaction.

    Went there to upgrade my phone. I was told there was a problem with my IMEI and they would have to send an email to find out the problem. This would take 5 to 7 days. Totally unacceptable

    The guy who "helped" me was not nice. I have been in customers service for years and this worker looked annoyed to be there. I even thanked him, just to be polite. No response from him. Dont deserve any stars.

    Here is another mistake abolishment that does not like any type of loyalty after many years in high prices and no breaks from the company of services have gotten worse now even returning it spent an hour and 40 minutes just to return the units of this while they had one person just to direct people to the representatives and 3 people standing against the wall with a approximately 25 people waiting outside online I think they could do better especially with the prices they charging

    We came to discuss about the promotion that we were having and to know the last day but the agent how was helping us was very very rude. Her name is Iye Edegbe. And she treated us very badly,,, can’t believe customer service like this exists!!!!!!!!!!!
