Duane Park is the most picture perfect little park in TriBeCa. It is landscaped beautifully and is a great place to have a coffee from Laughing Man across the street. They have neighborhood events for occasions like Groundhog Day. Even cuter at night this is a great place to stroll to on a summer evening.

It's always dirty and stinky. It would be a good place if it were clean.

Tiny park in Tribeca. I would guess it's more frequented by "the help" then locals. But it's got plenty of benches and shade for those hot days when you just need to drink your cold brew in peace.

Small, tranquil little oasis perfect for a quick break from the hustle and bustle of downtown NYC. Very calm and quiet. Ample benches.

This place is a magical garden paradise, and it will turn you into a Disney princess upon entering. I stopped in to scarf down a sandwich I bought from Saigon because I had to pick up a TdC 2006 champagne for my daughter's 15th BDay at TWM right across the street but I digress...I wheeled my bike across the street put my bag on the bench and pulled my sandwich out. As I'm standing there srugling with freezing fingers to peel the corner of the tape to release my sandwich, out of nowhere a little bird lands on my bag, looking at me he tilts his head to the side and then flys in the air...then lands on my shoulder and starts chirping...I froze...birds get rabies I'm thinking 🤔...only in NY

We stayed at the Hotel Fredericks and were very often in Duane Park to chill out with a good coffee. It's a nice place to take a breath and come down to relax. When we were there in September 2017, it was always clean

One of the rare corners of NYC or more of a triangular bench refuge where everyone understands everyone = sitting in peace and enjoying the moment (or 1-2hr) of a mental exhale. Beware the pigeons do relax to the full degree and I've been a target of their sky surprises.
