THE BEST CLAIRES IN NYC AND PROBABLY USA AND UK. JAY THE STORE MANAGER(i hope she’s the manager) was the sweetest and most hospitable worker out of the 3 lazy workers that were there. she not only asked me if i needed help, but she also explained to me about promotions and throughly explained the return / exchange policy. 10/10 GO JAY!!!!

Wanted to stop in the Brooklyn location and it was a Wednesday at 715, the door was locked. The sign said the store closes at 8pm. My eight year old was looking forward to looking around the store.

Alot of cute accessories for girls and women. I love the headbands they have there. I think they have ear piercing again.

I went there a few months ago for a piercing and it got infected right away. I should’ve realized It wasn’t a good idea when the employee seemed inexperienced, but I decided to go through with it since she was polite and was simply doing her “job”. I reached out to the store via email and calling, no response. I find it truly terrible that there is no follow up with their customers. Never returning!
