My girlfriend bought a ring online for me and we wanted to make sure it was real before we kept it. We searched for a jeweler with the proper technology to test the stone and band to give us an appraisal. AJ's was the first jeweler I called that was kind over the phone when I explained what we needed and told me to stop by. We were greeted by everyone working when we walked in and the owner tested the ring right in front of us. To our delight it was real after all and worth way more than she paid for it! We talked to the staff for a bit and looked at bands to match the ring. When I described what I envisioned in my head, he knew the exact ring to pull from the counter and I was almost in tears at how perfectly my dream ring had become a reality. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and didn't make us feel any different than any other customer. Other jewelers I'd been to in the past seemed uncomfortable that we were two women looking for engagement rings, or dismissive of my partner assuming we were just friends asking when "he" or "my boyfriend" would be coming in. It might not seem like a big deal to others, but it made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We purchased the band and left both rings to get re-sized. By the next day they were ready and not only did they fit perfectly, but they smoothed out the prongs for me and cleaned everything up! We will definitely be coming back for all our jewelry needs.

I just got my engagement ring with AJ’s Jewelry. I came in as a 26 year old having no clue about what to look for in a ring and a diamond. Jordan and the staff walked me through everything and did not try to rip me off or make me feel dumb for not knowing the engagement ring process before. Excellent experiences getting my engagement ring repaired and a vintage gold/enamel men's ring resized. The rings came out perfect - including the vintage ring, which also needed to be re-enameled after resizing. I came in with my husbands bracelet to fix and was disappointed to see it wasn’t the same. He’s had it for years and so had his dad. When i came to ask about it they said it was the same it just had been cleaned. It was clear it wasn’t it by the weight and design. Truly disappointed. Make sure to take pictures before leaving things to get fixed.
